All the usual goods tonight for a quick dinner after meeting with my recruiter this afternoon. This whole Army process is exciting and I’m in an awesome place right now. I don’t have any idea what my future looks like, for the past 4 years I’ve had a plan and now it’s up entirely to an outside entity. I thought this process and the wait would kill me & I’d be anxiety ridden, but I feel so calm and satisfied. I know that what is meant to happen to me will be delivered, I’ve done the hard work and now I just wait for life to point me in the right direction. It’s extremely empowering & I’m just surprised daily how confident & reassured I feel with this season of my life. It makes me smile everyday & I finally have time to enjoy life each day. I’m very blessed. Para la ensalada 🥗 parte un tomate en cuadros, 1 palito de apio, 1/4 taza de ejotes en pedazos pequeños, 3 cucharadas de elotitos, 1 cda de cebolla picada, 3 cucharadas de frijol parado y 2 onzas de queso panela en cuadros. . . ADEREZO ➖ puedes usar el aderezo de aguacate y cilantro del recetario saludable o aderezar con aceite de oliva, limón, sal y orégano. . . Lo que me encanta de esta ensalada es que la puedes variar muchísimo por ejemplo - . . ✔️ Agrega más proteína con pollo a la plancha ✔️Agrega arroz integral para tener un plato más completo ✔️Utiliza otros vegetales para dar color - chile pimiento, palmito, pepino, aguacate, garbanzos ✔️Agrégale algo crunch con tostadas horneadas, semilla de girasol, hornea tortilla de maíz hasta tostar. . . My go to study fuel last night was this delicious bowl chicken and broccoli with pan roasted golden potatoes underneath (they’re hidden but let’s be real... they were the GOAT of this bowl) 🍲 What is your go to brain fuel for a study session?
