Рыбный суп 😋🐟 ⠀ Ингредиенты: ⠀ Оливковое масло — 6 ст. л. Лук средний, мелко порезать — 1 шт. Чеснок, измельчить — 3 зубчика Свежая петрушка, порубить — ½ пучка Помидор средний, нарезать — 1 шт. Томатная паста (опционально) — 2 ч. л. Бульон/вода/кокосовое молоко — 230 мл Белое сухое вино — 120 мл Филе трески, нарезать кубиками — 700 г Красный болгарский перец, нарезать кружочками — 1 шт. Зелёный болгарский перец, нарезать кружочками — 1 шт. Сушёный орегано — щепотка Сушеный тимьян — щепотка Соус табаско — ⅛ ч. л. + по вкусу Соль, перец — по вкусу ⠀ Приготовление: ⠀ 1. Нагрейте оливковое масло в большой кастрюле с толстым дном на среднем огне. 2. Добавьте лук и обжаривайте около 5 минут, до прозрачности. Добавьте чеснок и готовьте ещё минуту, для аромата. 3. Добавьте помидоры и томатную пасту и осторожно, периодически помешивая, готовьте в течение 5-7 минут. 4. Добавьте бульон/воду/молоко, вино, перец и рыбу. 5. Доведите суп до кипения и варите на медленном огне до тех пор, пока рыба не будет полностью приготовлена и не будет легко разваливаться, от 5 до 10 минут. 5. Добавьте специи, соль и перец по вкусу. Хорошо перемешайте. Снимите с огня. 6. Czy macie plany na kolację ?? chociaż powiem szczerze że te kanapki możecie jeść na śniadanie i obiad 🤩 bardzo prosty przepis na jedną osobę i 2 kanapki ... ✅ 2 kromki chleba ✅ 5-6 średnich żółtych pomidorków pokroić na drobno ✅ 2-3 małe ząbki czosnku pokroić drobniutko ✅ po troszeczkę soli i cukru u mnie brązowy ( do pomidorów żeby przy gotowaniu nie były kwaśne ) ✅ pół łyżeczki masła do posmarowania z wierzchu kromek ✅ 1/2 łyżeczki oleju aby podrumienić czosnek✅ pół kulki mozzarelli porozrywać na mniejsze kawałki ✅ parę listków bazylji ♨️ olej podgrzać i zarumienić, wrzucić pokrojone pomidory, sól i cukier .. smażyć około 7-10 min aż wygotuje się woda i zrobi się gęściejsze jakby przecier. Wyłożyć na kromkę chleba poukładać porozrywaną mozzarellę i poukładać bazylję. Przykryć drugą kromką która posmakujecie masełkiem i tą właśnie stroną położyć na patelnie aby się podsmażyło na małym ogniu... przewrócić i powtórzyć smarowanie masełkiem .. po chwili jest gotowe.. przeciąć i po prostu się delektować ... Fats are making a comeback after the 90’s low-fat era. However, many people are still trying to get the facts straight on what fats are good and why. Healthy cell walls made from high-quality fats are more efficient at metabolizing insulin which helps keep blood sugar regulated. Without blood sugar control our bodies store fat for a rainy day. Who wants that?! The right fats also increase fat burning, cut your hunger, and reduce fat storage.  Eating the right fats will make you lose weight, while eating excess sugar and the WRONG types of fat make you fat. The right fats can also help to speed up our metabolisms, find focus, balance our hormones and create that inner glow. We all want that! A few of my favorite high-quality fats are avocados, nuts and seeds, wild fatty fish such as salmon, grass fed, organic bison, organic chicken, extra virgin olive oil and coconut oil. So don’t forget to add some high-quality fats to your next meal. Or better yet make my favorite walnut butter. It tastes like cookie dough! Ingredients 3 cups of walnuts ( I keep mine in the freezer, it helps when you blend them) 1 tbsp of honey or maple syrup* 1 tsp sea salt 1 tsp cinnamon Directions Add the walnuts to a food processor and mix until creamy. Next add in the honey, cinnamon and salt. Store in a jar. It can be kept in the refrigerator up to 3 weeks. *If you would rather not add sugar you can use the @lakanyo maple syrup. I have made a batch with that and it turned out great!
