This was something I had the other night when I was meal prepping. It was effortless. And that’s how easy it is to have a good healthy nutritious low calorie meal. All I did was buy a pack of mixed vegetables that was on 50% off so bought them for about 36p, the chicken was from a pack of 4 of £3.49, seasoned it with chicken seasoning (5p) and the rice was 49p and I had half a bag of that. One of my favorite creamy salad dressing recipes is 👉🏻 a combo of tahini or almond butter mixed with some balsamic vinegar, garlic powder and a little water to thin it. Dinner last night was goood💯 simple & lots of flavor is my kind of meal👌🏻I never really made sautéed spinach, but now it may be one of my new favorites especially this one that was inspired after my little cooking demo I had last week at @lakeaustinspa 🥰 hope you have a great wednesday! . for the salmon, I just added some avocado oil to the pan & on salmon + sea salt & pepper + garlic powder. seared on both sides for 6ish minutes and add a little coconut aminos on top. sautéed spinach tutorial is on my stories! all I did was add avocado oil + mushrooms + olives + slivered almonds & then let the spinach wilt & add a little sea salt👌🏻

🌿Spaghetti with basil pesto and roasted cherry tomatoes🌿 Happy Wednesday😊🧡 For this easy basil pesto you'll need: •2 1/2 handful fresh basil leaves •1/2 cup pine nuts (you can also use walnuts or cashew nuts) •1 big clove of garlic, peeled(or more if you like it garlicky) •3 tbsp. water •2-3 tbsp. Nutritional yeast •1/2 tsp. salt (+more to taste) •1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil . Makes enough for 4 portions (ca 400g pasta) . Add all the ingredients, except the olive oil, to a food processor Blend until everything is finely chopped Then, add the olive oil and blend again until everything is well combined and smooth Add more salt if needed and if you desire a runnier texture, feel free to add a bit more olive oil or water ENJOY🍝🌿 . Cauliflower + Yellow Lentil Curry 🍛😍 📸: @cookingforpeanuts Recipe: Sauté 1 finely diced onion is 2 tbsp heated neutral oil a few minutes until translucent.⠀ Add 4 minced garlic cloves, 1 tbsp finely grated ginger, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp curry powder and sauté another minute. Add 4 tbsp red curry paste and mix while sautéing another 30 seconds. Add 3 cups low-sodium veggie broth and 2 cups water.⠀ Bring to boil, add 1-16oz (2-1/4 cups) yellow lentil. Mix and reduce heat to simmer. Simmer uncovered until lentils tender, about 20 minutes. Add 1 head cauliflower (florets cut into bite-size pieces). Simmer until cauliflower is cooked. Stir in 2 cups frozen peas and heat another few minutes. Salt to taste. Served with rice.⠀ Enjoy!

Rég volt már főzelék: most sárgarépából és burgonyából készült, pirított füstölt tofuval ettem. 🥕🥔 A minap Szilvi vegán dietetikus @beke_a_tanyeron (aki egyébként a volt évfolyamtársam 🥰) dobta fel a labdát, mit gondolok alapvetően nem vegán szakemberként a szójáról. 🌱 Nem én és nem most fogok igazságot tenni a témában, de pár gondolatot megosztanék. 😉 Táplálkozás-élettani szempontból igen értékesnek számít a szójabab, de vegyes táplálkozás mellett nem létfontosságú élelmiszer, sőt, hadjárat is indult ellene, így sokan egyenesen kerülik a szóját, szójaszármazékokat tartalmazó élelmiszereket. 😱 Tény, sokrétűsége miatt adalékanyagként előszeretettel használja az élelmiszeripar (szinte mindenben). ☝🏻 Szójafogyasztás nélkül is teljes értékű, egészséges étrend alakítható ki. Vegánok számára azonban igen értékes (de nem teljes értékű ❗️) fehérjeforrás. Nincsenek döntő bizonyítékok, hogy befolyással lenne a hormonális működésre, bár az adalékanyagként felhasznált szójaszármazékokkal vannak fenntartásaim. Úgy vélem, heti 1-2×-i fogyasztás nem okozhat problémát, de külföldi influencerek között sokan vannak, akik minden nap, több étkezésre is szóját esznek… Nahát! Egyértelmű problémát a szójára allergiásoknál okoz, illetve keresztreakció alakulhat ki földimogyoróra, mogyoróra, dióra, egyéb hüvelyesekre, de ezeket csak akkor kell elhagyni az étrendből, ha tünetet tapasztalunk elfogyasztásuk után. 🥜🌰 Én rendszeresen fogyasztok szóját ilyen-olyan formában: tej, tejszín, krém, tofu, szójagranulátum és a többi. Mivel sokoldalú, szeretek vele kísérletezni! Bár alapvetően nem kerülhet olyan termék az európai piacra, ami nem GMO-mentes, számomra fontos, hogy fel legyen tüntetve a csomagoláson! 🧐 A szója egy hüvelyes, tartalmaz olyan szénhidrátokat, rostokat, melyek igen jótékonyan hatnak az emésztésre, a bélflórára, annak mellékhatásaival: gázosodás, puffadás, görcsök előfordulhatnak fogyasztása mellett. 😥🤢 Ezért én kísérletezgettem, és elmondhatom: az én emésztőrendszerem csak a „bio” minősítésű termékeket tolerálja. #etrendem
