Buenos diassss!!!! ☕️☕️☕️ Pan low carb 🙌🏻 . Por acá seguimos en #modomudanza 😅 pero con los ingredientes que aún no he guardado en las cajas 🤣 preparé éste flatbread súper rico!!! . En un bowl, mezclé: 2 cucharadas de harina de coco, 1/2 taza de queso parmesano, 1/4 cucharadita de polvo de hornear; luego agregué 2 huevos batidos y 1/2 cucharada de aceite de oliva. Esparcí la mezcla con ayuda de una espátula sobre papel antiadherente y llevé al horno por 375 grados Fahrenheit por 15 minutos / hasta que lo vi 👀doradito. . Ya la mayoría de mis cosas están en cajas 📦 éstos días no estoy usando mi cocina a mis anchas 🙄 toca esperar estar instalados en nuestro nuevo hogar!!! 🙏🏻 . To those transitioning to a plant-based diet, yes it can take time for some people and sometimes you may have certain cravings for particular foods like cheese or eggs and may not be conscious enough to resist these cravings at the time. Don’t beat yourself up over moments like this. It is what it is. As long as you know that in your heart, you are a good person who is making an effort to be a better person and reduce suffering in the world, you will eventually succeed in making good choices. We all have moments. Acknowledge these moments so that you can be more conscious in the future, learn from it, educate yourself more on the ethical side of veganism and the range of alternative vegan options for milk, cheese, and eggs available to you (and there are plenty), because this will help in the future when making food decisions and buying animal-friendly products. . The last breakfast post was to inform people about what happens in these agricultural and dairy industries, because some folks do not know what goes on. They are completely kept in the dark and have no idea. If you are not given the knowledge, you are having a crucial choice taken away from you that can help animals, the environment, and your body. I originally thought that if I transitioned to veganism I would starve, which cannot be further from the truth. Many, many, many years ago, I did not even know why people went vegan in the first place and assumed it was because they wanted to lose weight 😆 (a plant-based diet can also help you bulk up and sculpt your body quite nicely if this is what you wish, depending on what you eat).
