Tag a friend who loves shrimp zoodles! 😍😁 . . . . By @healthyfitnessmeals Shrimp Zoodles . Shrimp 🍤 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined salt and pepper to taste 1 teaspoon chili powder 1 teaspoon minced garlic 2 tablespoon lemon juice Chopped cilantro leaves (about 2 tbs) . Zoodles Olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder Do not cook for more than 1-2 mins. . Directions Place the olive oil in a large pan over medium high heat. Add the shrimp and season them with salt, pepper and the chili powder. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes or until just pink. Stir in the garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds. Stir in the lime juice and cilantro, then serve. By @cafedelites Servings: 4 people Ingredients 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lime juice 2 tablespoons oil 1 large garlic clove, minced 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin 1 teaspoon salt 1/2-1 teaspoon ground chili (adjust to your desired spice preference) 1 tablespoon fresh chopped cilantro (optional) 1 1/2 pounds (650 grams) chicken thighs, skinless and boneless 3 large bell peppers (or capsicums), cut into strips (I use green, red and yellow) 1 red onion thinly sliced 2 avocados, peeled, seeded and sliced Instructions In a large shallow bowl, combine lime juice, oil, garlic, cumin, salt, chili and cilantro; mix together. Add the chicken thighs and If time allows, let marinate for 30 minutes. Heat a large skillet or pan (12-inch | 30cm) on medium-high heat until smoking. Add a drizzle of olive oil to lightly coat the bottom of the pan. Sear the chicken on both sides until golden, charred and cooked right through (about 8 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of your fillets). Flip them a couple of times while cooking so they get a nice even char. Transfer chicken to a warm plate, loosely tent with foil and let rest. Add the peppers and onions to the skillet (drizzle with a little extra oil only if needed), and cook until the onion is soft and the peppers are slightly charred and cooked to your liking. Season with salt and pepper. Slice chicken into strips. Keto Cauliflower Calzones 😍 - Do Keto With a Plan , Do Keto RIGHT (Link in the bio 👆) - INGREDIENTS 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets 2 eggs 1/4 c. finely grated Parmesan 1 clove garlic, minced 2 c. shredded mozzarella, divided kosher salt Freshly ground black pepper 1/2 c. pizza sauce 1/2 c. pepperoni 1 tbsp. finely sliced basil - DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 425º and line a baking sheet with parchment. On a box grater or in a food processor, grate cauliflower and transfer to a large bowl. Microwave on high, 8 minutes. Drain thoroughly with paper towels or a cheesecloth until mixture is dry. Add egg, ½ cup mozzarella, Parmesan and garlic powder to cauliflower bowl and season with salt and pepper. Mix until combined. Form cauliflower into circle shapes on prepared baking sheet and bake until golden, 15 to 20 minutes. Spread pizza sauce over half of each round. Sprinkle with mozzarella and top with pepperoni and basil. Fold the cauliflower in half to cover the cheese and pepperoni. 3 months ago I decided to change my life by eating better and working out. I’ve worked so hard these few months and I’m proud to say I’m 30 lbs. DOWN! When I first started this journey (10-15-18) I knew the changes I had to make in order for me to succeed. Weight loss is hard, its hard to be surrounded by people who aren’t doing what you’re doing— but it’s even HARDER to be out of breath, always tired, unhappy of how you look in the mirror, being in pain because you’re too heavy, feeling guilty of binge eating.... I can go on and on, trust me. This time I’m not giving up, this time I’m documenting everything, this time I am stronger. I have ALOT of work to do, but this time around I am patient. 💪🏽

Late pics tonight! My lunch was a spinach salad with chicken I marinated and then cooked in the new @primalkitchenfoods basic marinade (it’s good!). I added walnuts and avocados for some good fats and topped with a dash of olive oil and a good heap of coconut aminos (I finally got them back from my home!). I had carrots on the side. I had a concert to rush off to after school and was ill prepared so threw a banana, apple, and walnuts in my car. Ate the apple and banana to hold me over. @panicatthedisco was absolutely fab! I even got to touch Brendan Urie. Finally just eating (at 12:30 am) “dinner” of a sweet potato and some egg cups. Clocked in over 13000 steps between school and dancing so need to get some food in!
