Go raw. ⠀⠀⭐⠀⠀ Everyone's touting some magic diet that brings epic results. And that's fine. I'm all for people finding food choices that suit them. ⠀⠀⭐⠀⠀ If something works for you, great. ⠀⠀⭐⠀⠀ But all these diets neglect the most important thing. ⠀⠀⭐⠀⠀ The most important thing is the chemical balance of your body WHEN you eat. Which is decided by your mainly mood. Which means the happier you are while you eat, the more efficiently your cells process your meal. ⠀⠀⭐⠀⠀ There are models out there who scarf double desserts and continue looking gorgeous. There are strong-men who eat dozens of eggs a day. There are Guinness Record-holders who eat mainly metal and glass. ⠀⠀⭐⠀⠀ You know what's common to all of them? They ENJOY what they consume. And that let's their bodies convert and create whatever nutrients they need thrive. ⠀⠀⭐⠀⠀ And I really wish more people were aware of this. This tiny perspective shift can create massive positive transformation. ⠀⠀⭐⠀⠀ And imagine if we applied it to celebs, influencers, and empire-builders. The people fans look up to. The whole tribe takes their cues from the leader. It'd be increased longevity and health for all. ⠀⠀⭐⠀⠀ We weren't born for food to be complicated.
