Hüttenkwark met appel en avocado 🍏🥑 . Hüttenkwark maakt een heel lekker fris en stevig ontbijt (of lunch, of snack, of... nou ja, je snapt hem wel) maar de kant-en-klare versie van Danone vind ik ook erg aan de prijs. De oplossing: gewoon lekker zelf maken! Het recept zit al in de naam: meng 100 gr (=half bakje) hüttenkäse met 250 gr magere kwark en voilá! . . Prijsvergelijk: • Hüttenkwark Danone = 2,29 voor 2x 225 gr (E.1,15 per portie) • Kwark + hüttenkäse = 0,69 + 0,55 = 1.24 voor 2x 350 gr. Da’s tenminste een portie! 👊🏻 (E.0,62). Of 3x 233 gr = E.0,41 per portie! . Ik deed er vanmorgen een halve avocado en een halve appel door. 😋😋😋 Lekker fris en alle macro’s weer ✅. Ik kan er weer even tegen!

Crispy waffle sandwiches with roasted cashew butter and strawberry chia jam❣️SO GOOD! Recipe below. . Follow @foodievis Aquafaba waffles . 1.5 cups plain flour  1 cup oat flour  1 tbsp cornflour 1/2 tsp salt  1 tbsp baking powder 3 tbsp coconut sugar  1.5 cups coconut mylk, well shaken from a can 1 tsp vanilla extract  1/4 cup veg/sunflower oil 1/3 cup aquafaba (liquid from a can of cooked beans) . Add all dry ingredients to a large mixing bowl and stir well. Make a well in the middle and pour in all liquids apart from the aquafaba. Whisk to combine and set aside.  In a small mixing bowl, add aquafaba and whisk/beat on high until soft peaks form, about 5 mins. Now fold this into your waffle mix until just combined. Preheat waffle iron and pour over 1/2 cup batter per waffle. Cook for 5 mins or so until golden and crispy. Ingredient

GARLIC BUTTER MEATBALLS WITH LEMON ZUCCHINI NOODLES - ___ Ingredients: 1/2 lb ground turkey meat 1/2 lb ground pork meat or substitute chicken 1/2 cup shredded cheese of your choice 4 cloves garlic, grated + 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning 1/2 teaspoon red crushed chili pepper flakes, optional 1 crumbled bouillon cube, optional Salt and fresh cracked black pepper, to taste 1 cup fresh chopped cilantro (or parsley), divided 3 tablespoons butter 4 medium zucchini, spiralized Juice of 1/2 lemon 1 tablespoon hot sauce —— Instructions: 1. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey and ground pork, cheese, grated garlic, Italian seasoning, bouillon cube, red chili pepper flakes, chopped cilantro and black pepper. Mix well with your hands or fork and form medium balls. Arrange on a plate and set aside. 2. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Cook the meatballs for 8 – 10 minutes on all sides, until browned and cooked through. While cooking, baste the meatballs with the mix of butter and juices. Remove to a clean plate and set aside. 3. In the same skillet melt remaining tablespoon butter; then add lemon juice, hot sauce, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes (if you want). Add the zucchini noodles and cook for 3 or 4 minutes, stirring regularly, until zucchini is done but still crisp and juices have reduced a bit. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper and garnish with more cilantro or parsley if you like. 4. Push zucchini on one side of the skillet and add the meatballs back to the pan and reheat for a minute or two. Serve immediately with a lemon slice on the side. Enjoy! When it comes to your diet, finding the right balance matters. I watch what I eat most of the time, but definitely still make room to live a little.😉 I am definitely not about counting calories, but about living a healthy, sustainable lifestyle...and allowing myself a treat when I want is part of that. I talk to people all the time who literally do not eat enough in the day b/c they are trying to lose weight. But when you don’t eat enough protein, your body holds onto and stores fat b/c it doesn’t know when it will be fed nutrient rich food again. And, when you cut out the ability to enjoy certain things, that is all your mind focuses on and as a result, you end up caving and binging on wayyyy to much of the “forbidden” food. My philosophy is eat well—whole, real food 80-90 % of the time—and then give yourself permission to enjoy a treat as you want. When you are eating well and your Candida (bad bacteria or yeast that we all have) is under control (thank you #Probio5), you will actually crave less sweets 🍬 🍫 🍭 and carbs 🍕 and your body will let you know it just needs a taste and is satisfied. This was not always the case for me when I could finish off a half a bag of chips or a plate of fries and still crave a huge milkshake or piece of chocolate cake. 🎂 I am so thankful for my supplements that have literally taken away my cravings for junk by killing off the yeast in my body that feeds on sugar and carbs...and now by adding this 👇🏻 I have even more blood sugar balancing support for all-day sustained energy and carb control than ever before! 🙌 Thank you #balance ... my secret weapon that prevents the absorption of half the carbs and sugar I eat 🙌🙌 and lets me enjoy pizza 🍕 and movie 🍿 🎥 night every Friday with the fam!!

Toutefois je ne fais pas partie de ceux qui suppriment totalement leur consommation d’aliments transformés, certes je privilégie les aliments bruts mais je garde une légère flexibilité (si j’en ressens le besoin). Je pense qu’on ne devrai supprimer aucune catégorie d’aliments surtout si celle-ci fait partie de notre plaisir quotidien, je suis pour la diminution de la consommation d’aliments transformés mais pas la suppression, ce qu’on cherche, c’est un équilibre sur le long terme pas une perte de poid de 10kg en 2 semaines. Zatímco bývají vznešeně nazývány “bowls”, já aspoň spotřebuju zbytky a neplýtvám😉 • Veganem nejsem, ani se jím neplánuju stát, ale maso teď každý den nejím a je to fajn🙂 Jen vždycky myslete na to, že rostlinné bílkoviny jsou méně hodnotné oproti těm živočišným. Nebo v takových jídlech nejsou vůbec, bohužel🤷🏻‍♀️ • Tady mám salát🥗, jasmínovou rýži, opečené tofu, koriandr, cizrnu a zelené sójové boby edamame. Cenné info pro brňáky: mražené je kupuju v tom super velkým obchodě s asijskými surovinami vedle Letma😉 • Skvěle využijete taky třeba quinou, kuskus, rýžové nudle, různé druhy fazolí, tempeh atd. • Nezbytnou součástí je taky omáčka z arašídového másla🥜🤤 Na tu jsem použila hladké @r3ptilecz @r3ptile, trochu tamari omáčky, chilli, zázvoru, malinko javorového sirupu a dohladka vymíchala s trochou vody. Hier zit uiteraard gele courgette in, maar ook wortel, koolrabi, groene courgette. Had je niet gedacht he? Ik heb een stuk tofu in de blender gedaan met wat plantaardige melk, mosterd, kruiden en de genoemde groenten. Ff mixen en je hebt 'n groente rijke vulling. Bladerdeeg in de vorm doen, vulling erop en opvullen met 'n gele courgette in plakjes. Bottom line .... which will you choose?⁣ ⁣ Change is inevitable. Emerging puts change in our hands, and lets us contribute to the outcome.⁣ ⁣ Stagnation keeps us stuck, and in most cases ... SICK.⁣ ⁣ 6 1/2 years ago I was done with being sick and not knowing why, so I decided to change. It took a lot of work, and a TON of research and help from others. Today, there is a lot more information and resources out there ... gathering information won't be as difficult.⁣ ⁣ We are still left with a choice: emerge from sickness or stagnate and eventually die. Being on the other side this seems like an easy decision ... sometimes it is the most difficult one you can make. When you do make this choice, remember help & support is available --- You are not Alone!

🌱High protein, oil-free, gluten-free edamame falafel bowl.🌱 (Yours will look more green! I over did mine in air fryer😳 . . 🌱Recipe: In food processor, pulse until finely chopped: 3 sliced garlic cloves, 3 roughly chopped scallions, 1 cup fresh parsley leaves. Add 4 cups edamame (defrosted), 4 tbsp chickpea flour, 1-1/2 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 4 tbsp fresh lemon juice, 2 tsp tamari, 2 tbsp nutritional yeast, 1 tbsp yellow miso. Pulse until combined and very finely chopped, but not too much or will turn into hummus texture. Transfer to large bowl and use hands to mix well. Add salt to taste. Use hands to form about 18 balls and either bake at 400F about 25 minutes until crispy or cook in air fryer 400F. . . .
