Monday Is leg Day for most, so I’m sharing 3 of my favorite 🍑 Booty Building exercises with Resistance Bands! Watch full video because the 3rd is my favorite! - 1. Banded Elevated Back lunge & Step Up. This basically a combination of back lunge, the extra step up to add more intensity to your glutes - 2. Plank variation Glute Kick back. Using a bench to plank & an plate to elevate the back foot. This will add more Intensity to the booty & core - 3. Hip thrust & Hip Abduction. Since it’s been a while since I’ve posted a routine, I want to share this one with talk .
Here’s 2exercises I had my Client Chanel Perform.
. 1st exercise is part of the superset! I had her do these and the 1st exercise back to back without a break, and repeat 4x. Smith Machine elevated Back lunge . A major key for the booty gains! 🍑 15 reps each side

2nd exercise single Leg RDL using the wall. you’ll feel this are the lower back, hamstrings and booty. We sometimes get asked what are some exercises that can be done with the yellow XL @team4kor Hip Band, here is a great example brought to you by @kinganthonyfitness ・・・ Who has a long day at work today and won’t have time to make it to the gym? Well the last thing you want to do is make that an excuse for you to not work out. Which is where I come in 😆😌. Here are 3 Exercises you can at home or anywhere actually! And they’re to round the boooooooty 🍑. . . All you need is a resistance band, and a chair or a couch. Actually anything you can sit on. . 1st exercise I had my client @stephxohaven do is, you guessed it, to round the glutes. Yall some low key geniuses 🤓. Lay on your side, have the knees bent, and have the top leg go up. So simple. Aim for 30 reps! . 2nd exercise is yet again another booty rounding exercise. See with this one, you want to have your knees slightly bent. Have one leg go out. But notice how her body doesn’t move with the leg. Keep your body still and just move the leg out. Again, 30 reps 🔥😌🍑. . . . 3rd exercise is where you’ll need to be sitting down. Have your legs raised off the ground, arms grabbing for support, and just have both your legs go out. 30 reps 😏. . . . These exercises are so easy to perform that anybody can do them. But again, no gym, no excuses. When y’all chose to follow me, y’all pretty much agreed to transform at all costs. So let’s f*cken go! It’s boooooty day 🍑🍑🍑. It’s been a couple days since I posted one. . And I know I’ve been posting some killer booty progress pictures lately to motivate y’all. Now posting a routine to help out that motivation. . 6 exercises that I want y’all to try! . The first 3 exercises shown are a part of a tri set. Meaning you do all 3 with no break in between. After you do all 3, then you take a 90 second break and repeat it for 3 sets 🔥🍑. . . This is where you’ll find out what you’re made of 😏. . . 4th exercise are pistol squats. Might look easy but trust me, they’re far from it. Using one leg to pick yourself up. Be sure to push off the heel when u go up. Aim for 10-12 reps. . The next one is a squat with banded hip abduction. Super simple. Just squat down, and while you’re in the bottom position, flare your knees out against the band. This is to target the outside of the booty 🍑🍑👏🏻. . . Last exercise is a kickback. But a completely different style. This time I’m having her hold the end position for 3 seconds. You’ll feel the booty being worked the whole time ur holding it. . Remember, when it comes to working out, it’s normal to feel a burn during the exercise. But something I want u to remember is that in order to see change, you just push past the burn. Get stronger. . That’s when you’ll really see your body changing. This KILLER booty routine will have you sore f

YALL AINT READY 🔥. . . This KILLER booty routine will have you sore for days. . 1 week into the new year, time to challenge yourself. And this routine right here will do that 😏. . . It’s 6 exercises. 3 sets each that I had @mariafitxo do. . 1st exercise is super simple. You’re going to lie on your side, have your completely straight and just have it go forward, and back in line with your body. Hold the end position for at least 1 second. Do 16-20 reps. . 2nd exercise is another glute isolation, meaning all booty. Since it’s just body weight, we focused on super high reps with this one. And used a band to really work the whole booty. Had her do 50 reps 🔥🔥😇. . . 3rd exercise is killer. Romanian lunges. Once you’ve mastered this one with dumbbells, it’s time to take it to the next level and use a barbell. Keep challenging yourself. The stronger u get the better 🙏🏻. Do 12-16 reps. . 4th exercise are landmine Romanian deadlifts. Make sure you only bend slightly at the knee and keep your back flat as you go down. You’ll feel this in the booty and the back part of the legs. . 5th exercise is so painful. But it’s the workouts that burn so much that make the biggest difference. Around the world lunges. One Lunge and one curtsy Lunge is 1 rep. Do 10 😏. . . 6th and final exercise. The easiest one of the routine. It’s to get the outside of the booty. High reps with this. Aim for 30 reps each side. . When y’all workout, your goal should be to get stronger. If you’re able to get stronger, the more muscle you build and your body composition changes like that. . It did. - Legs apart, toes forward - Legs apart, toes out - Legs shoulder width apart, toes forward - Legs together, toes out 10 REPS (each movement)= 1 SET. 4 SETS 😅🍑🔥 My legs and glutes actually killed for a few days after this. Blessing y’alls Friday night! If you missed your booty workout today but want to do something quick at home, this. Is. For. You! . 3 simple exercises I had @afrikagee do. . 1st exercise is to lift and round the glutes 🍑 when u do the glute bridge, while u keep your hip up, simple flare your knees out against the bands resistance. Perform 20-30 reps of these. . 2nd exercise is the toughest of the 3 since it’s a single leg exercise. It’s a single leg glute bridge. Using the band makes it a little tougher. Feel that burn 🔥🔥😇. Do 16-20 reps. . 3rd exercise are frog pumps. Yes I know, they’re a little awkward but they’re effective. Just make sure your knees are flared out as far possible when doing these, even as u go up. Do 20-30 reps. . Do about 4 rounds of these. . Super quick workout. But a workout is better than no workout! #BootyKing #BuildABooty #EverydayIsBootyDay #EmpoweringWomen
