FAREWELL - JOSE FILHO The club parts ways with another club legend as we see Jose Filho join the Western Wolves for the 2019/20 season. Filho became a Tiger back in 2015 and had an interrupted time being in and out of the side through injury, but came back stronger and helped the club to back to back Series Futsal Victoria titles as well as 2 Futsal Oz Cups and 2 Clubs Cup Championships. We wish Pepe all the very best in his new venture at the Wolves and hope to see him return to the Tigers in the future. #thankyou #josefilho

Interested in powerlifting and/or strength training? Wanting a coach by your side helping you along the way for a fraction of the cost of one-on-one personal training? . We have spent the past year coaching dozens of powerlifters remotely, however now we are deciding to offer our services in-person! . How will this work? . This is a Semi-Private Training model. Athletes will have a personalized program focusing on the three powerlifting movements squat, bench, and deadlift with related accessory exercises. Before creating each personalized program, we will go over the athlete’s specific goals and current fitness levels to help determine the program suited for each individual. We will be offering availability 5 hours per day, ‪Monday through Friday‬, with 3-4 spots open each hour for athletes to join. All athletes have the ability to attend up to 5 coaching sessions each week! This smaller setting allows athletes all of the benefits of personal training, but within a more flexible schedule and at a much lower price point. 5 personal training sessions could cost upwards of $500 per week, but with the Semi-Private model you can get the same attention and detail for ‪1/10th‬ of the price! . Is this for me and do I need to be a powerlifter to join? .  You do not have to be a powerlifter or have aspirations of actually competing in powerlifting, this is for anyone who is looking to get stronger through the squat, bench press, and deadlift. .
