Or if you’ve been cutting for a while and you’ve noticed your appetite decrease? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This is normal! Your metabolism adjusts to the calories you’re consuming, so the hormone that regulates your appetite, ghrelin, is affected. I could get into the nitty gritty science of why but I only have so much room😂 Some of my clients that are reverse dieting have trouble adjusting to eating more foods, and I just have to remind them to be patient. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ If you are having trouble getting all that food in, or feel super hungry when you start a cut, be patient! That little bubble bee 🐝 has some sting. I made 3 glove saves in this game. I am finally starting to feel like I can be more aggressive. Yesterday I felt good and made more aggressive moves and saves. Yes this season my team is yellow or in the hockey color world we are gold. We are the snow you don’t want to mess with. (Yellow snow. Hehehehe) In all seriousness I am finally getting in the groove with my new team and we still have 7 games to go. It’s so nice to feel better in my position. We may have lost but we are having fun!
