Aufbau Update 💕 Teil 2 . 🏋🏼‍♀️Ernährung: Auch jetzt im Aufbau ernähre ich mich weiterhin intuitiv 💪🏻💕 Durch meine lange Tracking Erfahrung weiß ich da auch welche Schräubchen zu drehen sind, falls es mir doch zu schnell geht. Ansonsten läuft die Ernährung soweit ganz gut. Ich achte natürlich weiterhin auf eine ausgewogene Ernährung. Viel Obst, viel Gemüse, genügend Proteine und Kohlenhydrate. Abeeer auch Schokolade 🍫 oder Pizza 🍕 darf es jetzt natürlich gerne mal geben🙋🏼‍♀️🤗 Viele haben ja ein Problem damit „so viel“ zu essen. Das kann ich jetzt weniger von mir behaupten 😁 Ich muss mich eher bremsen um im Rahmen zu bleiben, wem geht es auch so? 🙋🏼‍♀️ . Ernährt ihr euch eigentlich intuitiv oder Trackt ihr gerade ?

✨Just start✨ • Your goals, your dreams ... the ones you think in the back of your mind “I’m crazy” ... those things that make your heart pound and your hands sweat. • Yeah START THOSE! To many times, we don’t go after our dreams because of fear. Fear is paralyzing. It holds us back more times then not! • If you want to start that fitness journey, but are not quite ready to step foot in a gym, then that’s completely fine. Just because you want to start something, doesn’t mean you have to do it like everyone else. • If you are a beginner who is not quite ready for the gym, then here are my recommendations: 1️⃣Get at least 8-10k steps per day: this can be achieved by walking 10-15 minutes in the AM and PM; parking farther away; take the stairs; get up from your desk and walk around your office, etc) 2️⃣Purchase a “FUN” water bottle and drink a minimum 2L per day and work your way up 3️⃣Eat a serving of veggies at each of your large meals (anywhere from 1/2-2 cups as a starting point) 4️⃣Create meals with a balance of lean proteins, complex carbs, and healthy fats 5️⃣Sleep a minimum 7-8 hours per night 6️⃣Start off with bodyweight circuits at home ⬇️ workout below • 3-5 rounds, 10 reps each, rest 60-90 seconds after each round 1️⃣ body weight squats 2️⃣ incline push ups (use a couch or chair) 3️⃣ bicycle crunches 4️⃣ burpees (modifies by removing the push up and/or stepping back instead of jumping into a push up) • Maybe you need a bit more of a push to get started and your thinking of hiring a coach. NOW REMEMBER THIS, don’t just hire a coach because they have 100k followers, or are sponsored by high ends brands. Ensure you do your research to find the coach who will invest in you as well! Remember this is your $$ your putting out there for YOUR journey. YOU HAVE GOALS BOO! • When I coach clients, I create and customize macros and training programs towards YOUR goals. But one thing I think many coaches fail to take into account is the mindset of the client. Us as coaches need to ask, “where is the clients mindset at THIS point in time?” ... ⬇️⬇️

In high school I packed a healthy sack lunch to have energy for pole vault practice. In college I learned how to cook basic, well balanced meals to take care of myself on my own on a budget. After college I started a business making paleo baked goods selling products online and in 30 grocery stores. I housed and raised 2 beautiful breastfed daughters, always making them the best food and now they’re pretty good healthy eaters! After they were born I lost the baby weight and learned about MACROS so I could consistently eat appropriate amounts for my goals in the form of healthy meals. My friends noticed my growth and I started writing meal plans for them to accomplish their goals. 3 years later and here I am! The power that grew in me 15 years ago while choosing healthy food has helped hundreds of people find their confidence and health with Power Plans! Happy Saturday Fit Fam! . . This week was killer week with finals, new lifts, new workout times, finally getting my nutrition clean again, and sleeping as much as I can! Last night I worked and got home at 3 am. So needless to say I was exhausted this morning when my alarm went off @ 7:30 this morning. . . As I lay on the couch I cringed trying to get up because my body was SO SORE! my workouts kicked my butt this week.... literally! . . I woke up with the mentality unlike many others, I woke up crying because I wanted to go to the gym so bad, BUT I knew my body needed rest and time to recover! Having to work again tonight and running around today had me feeling stressed because I just wanted to make it in the gym. . . Instead of letting this get me down any more I took time to think WOW! how great is this? How great is it that I have something I'm so passionate about that helps me heal and love my body! . . I'm pretty damn blessed to have this passion in my life, and even more blessed I get to share it with others and help others in their life! . . Por fin una receta de Navidad 🎄 Este turrón lo he hecho en 5 minutos. ▪️Turrón saludable. 100gr de chocolate negro sin azúcar (70%80%). Arroz integral inflado. Leche Stevia Derretimos el chocolate negro y le añadimos un poco de leche y la stevia . Añadimos a la mezcla el arroz inflado y lo ponemos en un molde de silicona, cuando se enfríe lo pondremos 2h en la nevera.
