Dani se gestionó su propia planificación durante toda la etapa de volumen, alcanzando el tamaño deseado aunque evidentemente con el % elevado, pero siempre controlado dentro de unos límites. Empezamos la fase de definición para competir en el Campeonato de España de la WNBF el pasado 26 de Octubre, donde alcanzamos un físico con un 5,5% de grasa aproximadamente (ya que en función de la fórmula que utilicemos dará un número u otro) El método es MUY SENCILLO: 1- Alimentación variada. Cada dia teníamos entre 10 y 15 alimentos distintos, desde el principio hasta el final. 2- Empezamos bajando gradualmente las kcal diarias, siempre en función de la evolución. Provocando que nunca tuviera la sensación de hambre. 3- El cardio se introdujo al final de la preparación (y porque él lo pidió). Siempre priorizamos el TRABAJO DE FUERZA! 4- ADHERENCIA. Siempre mantenemos un plan que se adapte 100% a los gustos del atleta. En su caso, mantener el Cheat Meal semanal SIEMPRE, ya que por estar en preparación no tenemos que dejar a un lado nuestra vida social o momentos tan especiales como una buena pizza con tu pareja. Su mejor versión se alcanzó con TRABAJO DURO, NO CON SUFRIMIENTO. .
