Spent Friday through Sunday back home in PA with family and it is always the reminder that I need of what truly matters. When I'm around my siblings, I don't even keep my phone on me because nothing is more important than being present with them. Despite driving hours and hours in the car, I am feeling refreshed and inspired. Find people that make you forget about your phone, social media, and all the superficial crap and hold onto them tight. . In addition to filling my heart this weekend, ya girl filled her belly too. I promised myself I would eat a big salad every single day during my pregnancy and that definitely didn't happen this weekend (🥯🍕🍩 🐷), but it's all good because 1) I enjoyed the hell out of myself and 2) I'm loading up on an extra big one today! . #inmybowl 👉🏻organic lacinato kale (that I "massaged" in a tahini + lemon + ACV + maple syrup dressing) + shredded organic carrots + steamed organic yam + steamed edamame + hemp hearts + raw walnuts + heaps of pink salt and black pepper.
