Il gelato non è adatto per calorie e nutrienti a sostituire un pranzo, ma può costituire un nutriente spuntino di tanto in tanto. Crispbread with Crickets :heart: Here's how it's done: 1. Heat the oven to 350 F (180 C). Take two large baking trays and a roll of parchment paper. 2. Add all the dry ingredients to a very large, spacious bowl. Stir well with a rubber spatula, then tip in the oil and water. Stir well and use your hands to form a compact ball if needed. 3. Place a sheet of parchment paper onto a large surface and place half of the dough on top. Cover with another sheet of parchment paper, and flatten the dough into a large and thin rectangle using a rolling pin. 4. Remove the parchment paper on top and transfer carefully the flattened bread with the remaining inferior parchment sheet into the baking tray. 5. Lightly score into pieces with a sharp knife if you wish. You can also sprinkle additional flaky salt over. 6. Repeat the same with the other half of dough. 7. Place the trays in the oven and bake for 15 minutes. Swap the trays around and bake for 10 to 15 more minutes, until golden (but not burned!). 8. Let cool and break into pieces, or crack along the scored lines with a heavy knife. 9. Store in a airtight container for up to two weeks. Yeah sure drink 2 litres / 3 litres / 8-10 glasses of water everyday ... I have heard that shit way too many times , But how ??? So here are some REAL LIFE HACKS to drink more water 1. Start your day with water no matter what (one sip or half a litre, whatever suits you) 2. Do not get into the warm water / boiled water / 24.75 degree celcius water crap... the more you make it complicated the more you will avoid it, so just drink whatever temperature suits u 3. Keep a bottle handy , like all the times , like EVERY DAMN TIME YOU SHOULD HAVE A WATER BOTTLE (big or small is upto you) 4. Keeping a per hour reminder is irritating after a point of time so set targets divided through the day e.g. 1 glass first thing in the morning, have one bottle from the time of breakfast till lunch time, one from lunch till before dinner and 1 or 2 glasses more before you go to sleep (choose your pace) 5. Take you urine color as an indicator, its colorlessness is directly proportional to your water intake (aim for colorless) 5. Keep a bottle which has a flip top cap... Do you see how lazy we get about leaving the laptop because we would hold the water bottle from both the hands, open the screw , have water and then close it again ? Flip top caps open with one hand so you can multitask 6. With plant dyes, you won’t get instant results like with the store-bought kits. But your kids are already eagerly anticipating the arrival of the Easter bunny , so a little more waiting won’t kill ’em. Pop the eggs out of the dye bath after just two hours for lighter, pastel colors, or leave them in jars overnight for more intense hues 🐇🐰 . Amazing what you can do with beets , turmeric, onions and Cabbage . ▶️ Ingredients 1 dozen hard boiled eggs . 💙💚Blue/Green 2 cups purple cabbage, shredded 2 cups water 2 Tablespoons distilled white vinegar . 🧡Orange 2 cups yellow onion peel 2 cups water 2 Tablespoons distilled white vinegar . ❤️Pink/Red 2 cups beet, grated 2 cups water 2 Tablespoons distilled white vinegar . 💛Yellow 1 Tablespoon turmeric 2 cups water 2 Tablespoons distilled white vinegar . ▶️ Preparation You’ll need a medium-sized saucepan for each color. Add the dye material and water to the saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes – one hour. (The longer the dye material is simmered, the darker the dye will become.) Remove from heat and strain out the liquid through a fine mesh strainer. Allow the liquid to cool to room temperature. Add 1 tablespoon of vinegar to every 1 cup of dye liquid. Place 2 – 3 hard-boiled eggs each into four pint-sized mason jars and cover each with a different colored dye. Place the lids on the jars and refrigerate until the desired color has been reached, 2 – 12 hours. (The darker you want the color to be, the longer you should let them sit.) Once the desired color has been reached, carefully remove the eggs from the dye with a spoon and place them on a cooling rack placed over a sheet pan to dry. Optional: to give the eggs a nice sheen, rub a little coconut or olive oil on the eggs once they have dried.

Like this PB&J Nice Cream giving me aaaalllll the feels. • Look, I wasn’t a believer at first, but let me tell you, frozen bananas make some mighty fine “nice” cream. And this is coming from someone who literally ate ice cream every day of her freshman year. Yes, the freshman 15 came with every scoop of that ice cream. So yeah, not advisable. But I do advise trying this healthier version made with a base of frozen bananas swirled with chunky peanut butter, homemade strawberry chia jam and a scoop of gut healthy vanilla prebiotic powder from @upliftfood, all topped with @purely_elizabeth gluten-free granola.
