Have I got a treat for you!! No Bake Brownie Bars 🍫😍 These bars are simple to make and only require a bit of mixing to prepare. The fudgy topping adds a beautiful layer of yummy flavour, but it's completely optional because the base tastes so good on it's own. I store these bars in the freezer and let them thaw for a couple before serving! 😋 Life update! So, we're all moved into our new place and I've been working on unpacking! Our intermediate items are out more or less and the hardest part is over. We're starting to feel somewhat settled and have been really our new space!!! I hope to back posting more regularly soon! Sending out a big hug and thanks to everyone for sticking around and to the new friends who have joined me here ❤🙏💫 I hope you guys enjoy this recipe⬇️ Brownie Bars - 2 cup of oat flour - 1/2 cup of oats - 1/2 cup of almond flour - 1/2 cup of cacao powder - 1/2 cup of coconut sugar - 3/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk - 1/4 cup of almond butter (I used raw) - pinch of salt Chocolate frosting - coconut cream (thick part from a can) - 3 tbs of cacao powder - 1 tbs of maple syrup Method: mix all brownie bar ingredients together, mixing with your hands works best! Line a freezer safe dish with parchment paper. Fill the dish with the brownie mixture, then cover with another piece of parchment paper and use the bottom of a glass to smooth out. Mix together the frosting ingredients and spread it over the brownies, sprinkle with crushed almond and freeze for an hour! Enjoy 🌱

Workouts are WAY more FUN when you get to jump around 😁⁣ ⁣ Here’s a great QUICK workout to get your heart pumping and your energy UP! ⁣ Warm up with jogging in place for one minute. Then jump (literally 😜haha) into this quick workout:⁣ ⁣ ✅5 Knee tuck jumps - that’s what I’m doing in the pic! ⁣ ⁣ ✅10 Star jumps - basically a high-intensity jumping jacks⁣ (scroll for pic) ⁣ ✅5 Knee tuck jumps⁣ ⁣ ✅10 Burpees ⁣ ⁣ Rest and repeat or if that was plenty for ya for the moment, go drink some water and walk around until your heart rate comes back down. ⁣😅 ⁣ AND of course, if you need pointers on how to do any of these moves or want low-intensity alternatives, message me and I would be happy to point you in the right direction! 😊💗🙏

Why do you workout? 🏋️‍♂️ For me, it’s my therapy. I tend to be a bit of a high stress, anxious person 😬. Four to five days a week I get up suuuuper early to workout before I head to work 💪🏻 Some mornings I wake up feeling stressed and anxious but I drag my butt out of bed 😴 and get in a workout. And you know what, I almost ALWAYS feel much better after 🙌🏻 Endorphins #amiright 🤷🏼‍♀️. There are SO many more reasons to workout other than to burn calories, lose weight, etc. Find workouts you enjoy and have fun moving your body! Who wants lasagna, pals??? 🤤💛 Gluten free, processed food free, healthy, plant based, and yummy AF!! For the sauce I make the typical bolognese but instead of meat I use lentils and mushrooms. Layers go like this: 1 layer of lentil mushroom bolognese, 1 layer home made sunflower cheese sauce (I have posted that recipe a few times but let me know if you need it), 1 layer raw chard leaves, 1 layer sweet potato slices (swipe for image/layers!). Repeat and top it off with more bolognese sauce and a layer of sunflower cheese sauce. Bake at 370 F for 60 min. Enjoy! 💚Simple and so good, it takes me about 15 min to put together because I tend to have cooked lentils in the fridge. Food prep is the best! 👍 This lasagna is just a ton of veggies, legumes, and vegan cheese! Now off to celebrate my birthday!! 🎉🎉🎉🎉 good night pals!! 💛

Een kleurrijk bordje gezond 🌶🍀🍽 . Homemade kipburgers met rijst, vers gegrilde sperzieboontjes en gegrilde puntpaprika 🙌🏻 . Hieronder de beschrijving 🗒⬇️ . Wat heb je nodig? 🤔 - Basmati of Zilvervlies rijst - Kipgehakt naturel (300 gr) - Sperziebonen - Zoete puntpaprika - Kruiden - Ketchup - Olijfolie Optioneel - Magere yoghurt (dressing) - Salsasaus - Light Mayonaise Hoe maak je het? 👨🏻‍🍳 . Kook de rijst en boontjes volgens bereidingswijze. Voeg het gehakt in een schaal en voeg hieraan 1 eetlepel ketchup en de kruiden toe. De kruiden bestaan uit cajun, paprikapoeder, knoflookpoeder, oregano en zwarte peper. Uierpoeder is optioneel. Mix dit goed door elkaar en kneed het gehakt in de vorm van 2 kipburgers van ongeveer 150 gram. Bereid nu in een grillpan met wat olijfolie. Grill vervolgens de puntpaprika en boontjes in een andere grillpan of leg ze onder een toaster. Voilà! Dinner is served! Eet smakelijk! 👌🏼🤤
