So to improve my conditioning a bit I've been performing some conditioning circuits at the end of a few of my training sessions a week. Here is todays. Ascending and descending KB Circuit: • KB Deadlift • KB Squat Clean • KB Squat Clean to Press Complete 1 rep of each, then 2 reps of each, then 3 reps of each, up to 5 reps and then back down to 1 rep. Tarta de Acelga!😊👌🏼 . 👉🏼Que las tartas, sean una buena opción, depende mucho de los alimentos que utilices en su elaboración, así como la forma en que los cocines. . 🔸Si haces la masa casera, mucho mejor!! Sino puede ser alguna versión light. Si queres bajar un poquito el aporte de hidratos, podes usar una sola tapa. 🔸Quesos: te recomiendo portsalut light o algún queso untable light.
