Vybrala som a opiekla cecky, osolíme, dochutíme. Z jogurtu, soli, korenia a cesnaku pripravíme dresing. Cuketu som zbavila šupky a škrabkou som pozdĺžne tvorila rezance ktoré som posmažila na panvičke kde sa smažilo mäsko. Ako dlho posmažíte rezance je na vás, podľa chuti ako kto má rád. Posolíme. Mäsko s dresingom spojíme a naložíme na rezance. Posypeme sezamom. 7.22.19 a little arm flex to motivate you on on this good Monday! 💪🏾 In the past I was never really intentional with my arm workouts; mainly because I didn’t want to start to look “buff” and like many women out there, I was focused more or so on getting a big booty, big ol’ treat 🍑 lol don’t get me wrong, i still want that badonk-a-donk, But these days I spend time targeting all parts, slowly getting to know my body better and challenging it! 🍑3 Resistance Band GLUTE Exercises!🍑 ——————-——————-——————- All you need is one band to get a great booty workout. Remember that more simple workouts are sometimes the best. 1. Band Squat - Step on band shoulder width apart and hold the band like you would hold a barbell for a front squat. Squat down keeping the chest up tall and push through the heels to stand up. Squeeze the glutes at the top. 2. Kick Back - Wrap band around your food and hold the band up tight at your chest. Kick the leg backwards while squeezing the glutes at the top and keeping the standing leg bent for support. 3. Abduction - Step on band shoulder width apart and hold the band up tight at your chest. Slowly lift one leg laterally, squeezing at the top, and then release. . . ——————-——————-——————- . 🍑Not feeling your glutes firing up during these exercises?? . . If you are one of the many that struggle with no butt syndrome 😜 then it's time to wake those glutes up! Because we are human and sit at a desk or sit in traffic all day, our glutes become inactive and fall "asleep" as some may say. You can't just get to the gym and expect your butt to activate during an exercise like squats if they are still asleep. Most likely, your quads and hamstrings will take over. So how do you fix this? Glute activation! I know you have probably heard this before but it is 100% try. You need to wake up your glutes before you train and focus on squeezing your butt in every single movement.
