Las causas más comunes de un metabolismo lento 😱 Todos conocemos a un amigo al cual lo ves devorando infinidad de cosas sin temor a subir de peso, y en cambio muchos de nosotros con solo ver la comida el pantalón empieza a apretar la cintura. Esto se debe principalmente a que todos tenemos una genética que nos define, pero independientemente de la genética es por un fenómeno llamado metabolismo “roto”. He aquí unas causas comunes por las cuales puedes tener un metabolismo lento y está evitando tener ese metabolismo tan bueno como cuando éramos unos adolescentes “come-lo-todo”. ▪️Baja cantidad de nutrientes en tu dieta diaria. No puedes basar tu dieta solamente en las calorías de comes, es decir una persona que estuviera en una dieta digamos de 1,200 calorías diarias, este número lo puede cumplir si se come en el día 5 panes dulces y el otro extremo es comer pura lechuga y verdura, posiblemente en el número de calorías estas adecuado, obviamente en corto plazo veras reflejado algún cambio, pero a largo plazo haces que tu cuerpo se estacione y hagas un metabolismo más lento y por lo consiguiente tendrás un rebote inminente. ▪️Baja indigesta de líquidos. El cuerpo como todos sabemos está constituido por agua, es por eso que es necesario tenerlo hidratado la mayor parte del tiempo. Incluso aunque no hagas actividad física el cuerpo pierde alrededor de 2 litros a través del sudor, respiración y orina. Una borrachera no sustituye toda una semana sin tomar agua, así que trata de hidratarte cada día, de preferencia con líquidos que no tengan calorías. ▪️No comer suficientes grasas Las grasas son importantes y te pueden ayudar a activar el metabolismo, solo trata de enfocarte en las grasas insaturadas, las cuales se encuentran en el pescado, nueces, aguacate. ▪️Falta de sueño La falta de sueño puede ser estragos en tu cuerpo y en tus actividades diarias, es importante conseguir una buena noche de sueño para tener una regeneración adecuada de las células en nuestro cuerpo. Empezar a cambiar los hábitos de alimentación y tener una actividad constante seguramente te ayudaran a reducir el problema de un metabolismo lento.
