➡️Did you notice that we, Moms, we are constantly doing everything in a hunched position: pushing the stroller, breastfeeding, carrying our kids, lifting the baby, changing diapers…. ? 😓 All our daily tasks are demanding on our whole body. ✅Correct posture and a strong core and upper body can allow you to do your daily chores more effectively, without aches and pain 🤗 ✨Since I became a Mom I’m much more aware of my breathing, pelvic floor and posture in my daily life and workouts. Always exhale on the hardest part of the move. ⚠️Rounded shoulders are often caused by poor posture habits, muscle imbalances and focusing too much on chest strength while neglecting the upper back. 🤗Exercises to strengthen your core, upper back and chest muscles can help correct rounded shoulders. If strengthening is essential, don’t forget that stretching is vital as well to open your chest and ease aches and pains in your back ❤️

Throwback to when Tucker was 6 months old!! This was one of my FIRST videos!! I started this account when he was a few months old. Almost 4 years ago crazy! • I was a gym junkie before I had him. I’d spend 1-2 hours a day working out. Then I had Tucker and my life drastically changed for the better. But going to the gym wasn’t really in the cards for me anymore. I would do my workouts with him at home or outside. It was sooo fun! I still remember him just laughing every time we worked out. Such amazing memories. • Then I got pregnant with my 2nd baby, Tate and while I was pregnant my Instagram got hacked and whoever did it deleted all my content... 2 years worth. It was so disheartening. Seeing all that work and memories get flushed. I got my account back about 2 months later and had to start from scratch again. Anyone remember that? • Now Instagram has changed so much and my children have grown like weeds!!! It’s been such a fun journey!! Can’t wait to continue it with Quinn! How long have you been following us??? Thank you for all the support I truly feel part of such an amazing community 💕

HAPPY SATURDAY! Since starting this fitness journey, I’ve consistently done these 4 simple power workouts once a week. Gaining strength + form so I can focus in on the areas I want to see results. ☾ Not gonna lie, these were and still are a little intimidating. Especially if you don’t know where to start or how to position your body so going to try and make it easier by explaining down below⇓ _______________________________________________________ ✱8 Squats 75 lbs (bar 45 lbs+ 15 lbs added) It’s always good to start small to see how your body feels. Make sure your back is straight and legs just a tad bit wider than shoulder length. _______________________________________________________✱8 Bench press Try going slow with this one making your hands wider than your shoulders. When you feel the bar on your chest make sure it’s right below your boobs or pecks. _______________________________________________________ ✱8 Overhead barbell press Keep the bar close to your body and sit in an upright position so your back doesn’t hate you. _______________________________________________________ ✱5 Pull-ups I’m using 3 exercise bands to start off to give me support. Try to touch your chin to the bar each time ♢ Repeat ALL 3 times ♢
