How to have a great workout by @peter_bowman . .
If your workouts are often sub par, there are a few things you can do to improve them!
- 
To start have a plan/program. You don’t just want to show up to the gym and do whatever. Having a plan will leave you primed to get it as soon as you walk through the door. A log book will help a lot. Beating PR’s is motivating and will ensure you are progressing throughout the weeks.
- 
Hydration is super important! Your muscles are 70% water and making hydration a priority as soon as you wake up will really help. If your not in the habit of drinking a good amount of water I highly recommend you try it. You will be happy with the results.
- 
A smaller quick pre-workout meal with some quick digesting carbs will help. You won’t be bloated and fatigued from digestion, but will have enough in you to push through a hard session.
- 
Bumping some of your favorite music can really get you in the zone. Personally I need my music to workout, some people find it distracting, but it really gets me focused!
- 
If performance is a real priority I recommend trying a pre-workout, or taking some caffeine. Just dropping in to say muscle IS beautiful. Being healthy is even MORE beautiful. Making some temporary changes to better my health: 1️⃣ Training is reduced to only once a day and also not everyday. The less stress on the body, the better. . 2️⃣ Still paleo because I love it, but I will not be tracking religiously. Living a little more balanced. . 3️⃣ Adding some alone time for myself 💆🏼‍♀️. . Sometimes less is better! For me, this is a way to prep my body before the new year of training!

If you are some1, who is not preparing for competitions and just keep themselves fit, here are some tips you can add into your daily routine in order to be fit and maintain your weight- . 1- Try to perform any physical activity, no matter how busy your schedule is bt make 30 min to do some workouts or walking or jogging or skipping. . 2- Count your calories, food your are having, watch what are you eating,its very important. . 3- Cook food at home or eat home made food using less oil. . 4- Try to avoid processed food as much you can. . 5- Drink 2 glass of water before your Lunch and Dinner. . 6- Try to have low card and low fat meal in your dinner. . 7- Eat lots salad with your meal. . 8- Eat fruits or nuts whenever feel hungry don't starve yourself(seasonal is best avoid banana in fruits, eat Carrots, Orange, Kiwi, Apples,Papaya,Graps ,Watermelon these kind of fruits). . 9- Drink vegetable juice. . 10- Never skip your breakfast, your breakfast should rich in protein and fiber and it should be nutritious. . . Sharing my #wheyproteincake recipe today! Ingredients: 2 scoops whey 1/2 scoop whole-wheat flour 1/2 scoop cocoa powder 2 egg whole (room temp) 1/2 cup milk 2 table spoon peanut butter 2-3 pinches of baking powder Wallnuts & Raisins (optional) Note: In case the whey is unsweetened use few drops of ethenol/sugar free Recipe: In a bowl mix all wet ingredients (egg, milk, peanut butter) properly In a separate bowl mix all dry ingredients (whey, flour, cocoa, baking powder) Now add the wet mix to dry mix & form into a smooth batter. Make sure there are no lumps or bubbles.
