Posted @withrepost@kristineandali Slow progress is the best progress.. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ You gotta look at the big picture when it comes to your nutrition. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This isn’t for one month or two months this is FOR LIFE. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ You can restrict all these foods, you can cut all these calories, and you’ll lose weight real fast and... it’s probably going to fucking suck and you might end up back where you started because you felt so restricted through it all. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Slow progress creates long term success. It enables you to work towards your goals all while still being able to live your life normally and feel good while doing it. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ It will enable you to keep that weight off indefinitely, instead of dealing with the up and down, yo-yo dieting, restrict your whole life bullshit. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Slow = sustainable. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Be patient my friends ♥️

These are my thoughts when I’m working out. 🤔 Am I doing everything that I can to maximize my time at the gym? I’m so glad my kiddos are back at school, I get my routine back 😁!!During summer break, I spend as much time as I can with them and yes we are active but I miss the weights!! Kids grow so fast, I can’t believe mine are in grade 4 and 6 😵!

This has heavy lifting and food written all over it. 🏋️🍫 This change wasn't easy physically or mentally. I was stuck in a mindset where the smaller the better, and when you're in that mindset it's very hard to watch the scales go up, to have to buy new clothes because your old ones won't button up, to be so used to seeing abs and veins to seeing little muffin tops, cellulite and stretch marks appear.⁣ ⁣ But I'm healthy now. My relationship with my weight is the best it's been and I now see that I look good now. I feel strong, feminine and sexy and I like the way my clothes fit. I love my curves, even the ones I hold on my back. I embrace my cellulite and stretch marks. They are apart of me and my strength to have put me where I am today, enjoying my life and having the strongest relationships I could ask for.⁣ ⁣ It's taken a long journey to get where I am today but I'm never going back. ❤️⁣ ⁣ For programs & online coaching DM me.
