Woke up today with the motivation level of ZERO. yesterday I woke up with motivation level 1000. I don’t know why our bodies and minds change so much in just one day, but I didn’t let it stop me. I still woke up, got out of bed, had a productive morning, and crushed it at the gym. Did I WANT to though? Ummmmm no. And yet, I did it anyway. THAT is the key in my book. Even when you don’t want to, you do it anyway. That’s what builds consistency. That is how we reach our goals. THAT is how we build good habits and break bad ones. hello hello 👋🏼🖤 here’s my current tummy (see, sometimes you can eat that peanut butter crunch cereal before bed and it won’t show 😉 now for a little life update: last night I did a Pilates class and it was so fun to get back into a studio, I’m planning to do more next week and trying barre (something I’ve always wanted to do). I don’t plan on switching to a studio for 100% of my workouts as I love the gym and my own workouts and I’m trying to keep up heavy leg days to build da booty 🍑 however it’s so nice to do classes and switch it up especially on work nights, it’s so easy to show up and just do what the instructor tells you, not having to think about the workout or dealing with the gym crowd. As far as work, ive been working about 4 days per week and have been trying to get to the gym about 4 days per week - some weekdays and some weekends. I leave to go on a girls trip next week to New Orleans, comment with any must do’s please! On my trip I’ll definitely be enjoying those beignets and all the other foods and drinks ! It’s a vacation and for me, you have to live a life you love and enjoy!! Despite the girls trip, I still got a man (don’t worry) and we are just turning this house into a home more and more everyday - it’s so fun living with your best friend 🤗 to say the least I am SO happy and grateful for my life right now. I am so glad I made the move back to CA to be with my friends, family, and my man. I was so hesitant and worried if it was the right decision to jeopardize what felt like everything (relationships, job, etc) but it’s finally feeling like I made the perfect decision 💫 Last thing, I’ve been working on a new product for you guys that will release this year! I am not sure when but I CANT WAIT to share it with you all! It’s going to be such a unique and perfected item 💓

There are days when I feel like I’m looking absolutely amazing so far. Then there are days when I look at myself and feel like not much has changed for real. I was not prepared for all the emotions that come along with this process. Or maybe I’m just not used to truly feeling emotions, since bottling them up and just eating a pizza is no longer an option. It’s pretty overwhelming. My mind is going all the time, I have trouble sleeping-thinking about how I felt in the past, what I need for my future, how I got to where I was and how to never get back there. It’s a lot.

Don’t Expect Others to Understand Your Goal . One of the biggest reasons I see many people, including myself, get derailed from their goals is expecting support/understanding from others when it comes to their goals. . I used to think that nearly everyone I told about my goals would be supportive and understand. . This was the case for some, but for many others, they simply thought I was crazy... . At first, this was discouraging, but I had to put into perspective that goals should be UNIQUELY YOUR OWN and not expected to be understood in the first place. . Once I accepted, regardless of anyone’s opinion, that I would stick my goals, it got that much easier to not get derailed when they did not understand. .
