Over the last 7 (almost 8) weeks I've been nursing a spine and shoulder injury back to health and have had a lot of time to reflect. Were 6 weeks away from a new year. I dare you to sit down and spend 15 minutes reflecting on 2019. Did you accomplish what you wanted? If the answer is no that's OKAY!! Life isnt intended to be "new year new me". We ALL know that is a recipe for disaster. Being successful comes with many obstacles, and bumps along the way. If you're anything like me (LOL) you've most certainly taken the hard road to get to where you want/need to be. Its then when you see it. If you want something you need to work for it. How do you work for it? First you gotta believe that yes in fact you can do this. And now have to find the right steps to get there. Once you overcome that fear all the stars align and your hard work WILL pay off I can guarantee that! We are constantly learning in world that is constantly changing! Knowledge is one of the keys to sucess. Give yourself 15 minutes to reflect and see how you are going to use the next 6 weeks to better your future. It's not over until it's over! You didnt reach your goal? THATS LIFE - we can work to achieve those goal in 2020 because time doesnt stop just because we've entered a new year. Keep working on becoming the best version of yourself because that journey is on going - life long! Good morning babes and happy Wednesday ☀️. Just wanted to pop in and say you are stronger than you could ever imagine. If you had asked me a few months ago if I could see myself wrapping up a 100 workout program I wouldn’t have known what to say. I knew somewhere deep in my spirit I could do it, but it had been so long since I had been consistent with my fitness. I wasn’t sure I could stick it out. But I knew that if I didn’t try, I would never know what I was capable of. I kicked off phase 5 this week, and finished 82 & 83 today! So crazy and exciting to think that this chapter is almost done...because that means I’ll start something new! What a blessing it is to have this community, these programs, and this opportunity to grow. If you’re thinking about starting in on your fitness journey in January, I want to challenge you...START NOW! Don’t wait! There’s nothing magical about January. I started on a random day in July. You can start any time you want and there’s no better time than RIGHT NOW!! Take a leap this Wednesday babes...take a chance and invest in YOU. You can do this. You just have to take the first step. fatgonefitness. I have been absolutely dreading to post this. But considering my next

I have been absolutely dreading to post this. But considering my next post, this also needs to be shared. I am working my ass off, following a plan that is supposed to be altered to me - including coaching, follow ups and alterations. And I am devastated. But mostly angry that I have not been taken seriously by the coaches when voicing my concern that this does not seem right. Something about this setup is not working for my body. I have voiced my concerns, told the coach what have been my struggles and what needs altering and begged for help to sort this out. And been told to just relax and trust the process. I am now 2kg heavier than when I started, although they said it was doable to loose 20kg with their meal plan and training schedule. I realize we are all different but.. 2kg gain vs 20kg loss is still a massive difference. Working out 6-7 days a week - and this is my payout. And I am angry. Staying positive is hard, and I am so beat down. Especially after the response I was given in my latest weekly report.... To be continued...

TRAINING PARTNERS 👊✌ . . . We had so much fun this afternoon running around the local rugby fields. There really is a lot you can do, exercise wise, while throwing in a bit of 🐴play just down at the local park. . Mixing in 'tag' with sprints between field poles and pushups with my best mate made training really enjoyable and 45min went by pretty fast. . I felt I needed to come up with some form of exercise while i'm in between places and without a gym. I start to get all cranky-pants with no workouts 😡😱 . This got my buddy out moving too, so 👍 all round. Hoping we'll both sleep better 😴😴 Still getting used to all the noise in the big city lol. . Thinking of getting a floppy frisbee for added hilarity.. what do you think 🤔 . More pics in 👆Stories. .

That Morning Setup! 💪💪 This is my go to - heavy strength day setup but talk to me about lifting belts 🤔 For me, I only ever use a belt when the weight goes above bodyweight - currently anything above 70kg so only on my deadlift work - this then ensures safety and support to my lower back and helps my mind muscle connection on bracing the core especially as on heavy lifts I'm just contemplating life as to why I'm trying to lift 90kg directly from the floor 😂😂 Don't get me wrong, alot of hype goes around belts and alot of misuse (hello Mr Wears It on the step machine 👍👍) but used correctly it can be a great tool to prevent any lower back hyperextension and reduce the stress directly on the back - what are your opinions on them? 🤔 -- Hump Day = Rest Day, currently getting through a quality week of training at the moment! We've switched up training so we'll train deadlifts again Friday giving me a 3 day rest between so fingers crossed it'll help 🤞🙌 -- Eat Big, Get Big.
