A lot of people ask why I don't post many pictures of my son or my private life.................It's not because I'm a narcissistic nut job as is popular belief 😂😂 (well not far off I suppose). When I was on @thevoiceuk this year I had quite a few fake profiles use my images including those of my son - for catfishing etc (tbf to ITV they did warn me).This obviously didn't sit comfortably with me at all so it was our decision as a family to remove him from that public side of my life/job, at least from my actual feed as stories quickly go and seem better? Now I'm not in any way saying that you shouldn't- of course you should if that's what you want!!! I wish I could without people stealing his picture! It is simply my perogative as a parent to keep my child and his image safe whilst I can, in this instance. Of course I'm looking to have a busy year with @loadedsista and things could change! Lets again take a moment to remember instagram is not REAL. It's me and my work and a snapshot of my life. So you'll just have to look at my arse and my art. Love to you all ❤❤❤❤ p.s excuse what I'm wearing I've been painting cabinets all day. Rock n roll huh?

Happy Sunday✨ I was recently tagged by @foodfitflair to share 10 fun facts about me- so here goes nothing: 1. I live in Denver, CO where I am getting my Master’s in Social Work, on the mental health track :) 2. Chinese food + pad thai are my favorite fun meals. Gimme alllll the noodles, sesame chicken + egg rolls 🥡 . 3. Chicken tendies are a close second. With all the honey mustard plz. 4. In the future, I want to work with at risk youth dealing with crisis intervention + suicide ideation. 5. I am originally from New Jersey- yay East coast. (Ps. i miss their bagels a lot 🥯) 6. Pretty much the only tv I watch is reality 🤷🏼‍♀️ Survivor being my fav + @nbcthisisus I am hooked on that as well 7. My biggest unhealthy habit is how much salt I eat- I literally put it on everything.. including things like chips when I’m out to eat 🙈 I’m trying to work on it tho!!!! 8. I am currently an intern at a foster care agency and I absolutely love it 👨‍👩‍👧 9. I played lacrosse in my undergrad. Always been a huge part of my life + still kinda weird not having that anymore :/ 10. I am 95883% a morning person. Which makes me a grandma at night. I need at least 9 hours of sleep or u probably do not want to socialize with me lmao 😇 The end! I constantly remind myself of this.. lately staying consistent for me has been a major challenge. Eating and working out wise, i mentally prepare myself for the week every weekend but for some reason I fall off the wagon during the week. I been trying to maintain a routine, to manage my time a little better, to give my clients 100% of me, to keep up with my house chores and also find some me time it’s all been one hella of a challenge. Some days I have no energy to do much, I been feeling discourage to workout because I want to do so much. I want to accomplish some body goals because I know I can and I know exactly what to do but my consistency hasn’t been all there, so this is affecting me to get there ... this journey isn’t an easy one like I always tell my clients you will have bad days and you will good days. Just keep going! There will be times where you will be so focused and then there will be times where you will struggle with staying disciplined! I decided to start my week on Sunday’s and make some changes to my routines so i can stay consistent and get out this funk!!! THIS IS MY TRUTH and I’m only Sharing it so those who are maybe in the same wagon can know that you are not alone. It happens people just don’t talk about it 🤷🏽‍♀️ but here I am blabing about it. Know that trainers, coaches, fitness models do go through this people just don’t post it. Going forward I will set short term (daily) goals as to long term ones. Focusing on each day as oppose to looking 3 months fwd. With everything that's going on in the World and especially here in Los Angeles it's sometimes difficult to wake up feeling POSITIVE. But, the one thing that we need to keep in mind is we have the blessing, the gift of actually waking up to a new day. And being grateful for that very thing can give fuel to the soul when you need "something" to catapult you forward into the next phase of manifesting goodness. As difficult as my days may be because of my paralysis and the regimen to live a certain way, there are so many times in the day that I have to go in deep and remind myself to be in the moment, stay patient and wait for the "reconnection" of my spirit to my mind and then soon to my body to shift forward and continue producing positive results hour by hour. It was so much fun and different as we are usually run at the seaside or train in the gym so we will definitely do that again.😁 .
