Yesterday was the worst day ever. I'm not just being dramatic it was literally for very personal reasons, the worst day of my life. 😥The next few weeks, months even, are going to be a struggle on my emotional strength. This morning I needed a good kickboxing session to get the stress out. The sadness of failure my heart was holding onto. Sadly the storms had taken out my punching bag. (Back to the drawing board) this only added salt to my wounds. But like Beau Taplin said "she was unstoppable, not because she did not have failures or doubts, but because she continued on despite them."
