First full push day in a long time 👌🏼 I’ve been having some muscle imbalances and internal rotation of my shoulders. My chiropractor suggested I cut back on pushing moments (chest exercises mainly) because for a hot second I was obsessed and did chest at least twice a week because it made me feel strong. With lack of technique and lack of evening out my back, I got a little carried away and it caused some issues. 🙃 after a few months on rest and lots of stretching and chiropractic care I decided to start light again on push days ( I’ve really missed them!!!!) I’m not trying to over due it, I just want to keep those muscles working and Lee up my strength. I’ll probably incorporate push days in my routine once a week to once every 2 weeks. I’m soooo happy to be back in the gym!!! My passion has been reignited and it was amazing to just do what I absolutely love doing 💞and what better way to start back up than with a leg day 🍑🍑🍑 ✰ started with squats; hit my baseline of 135lbs for 6 sets of 5 reps, then maxed at 155lbs which I’m not mad about ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ✰ I also did deadlifts as my last move of the day so I was a lil weak but ended up doing a few sets of 95lbs then maxed at 125lbs ✰ for the rest of the time I did some accessory hamstring/compound movements and some other random stuff, basically just having fun and getting a good sweat on 💦😁

Aside from being really good for you, they keep you really full.⠀ ⠀ 🥑 Fats - fats are great for helping you feel full, they are also really good for your body and should definitely be a part of your diet. No one is selling you anything, the only thing is that after you lose all the weight you believe too. There is an interest in you eating so many meals a day. The food industry makes tons of money off you. I can imagine that they would lose billions, if a large proportion of the world, started doing this. This is just me speculating though.
