Dancing is my absolute favourite cardio💙💛❤ 👉I remember when i started dancing.. I would dance for like 4 minutes and i was out of breathe and my muscles were like errrhhgggg 👉And that's the thing! In the beginning your body struggles to turn respiration into energy ( all depends on your fitness level) 👉But cardio doesn't have to be this horrible thing we dread doing... 💯It can be so much more! 👉Just get up from your chair and just start moving your body.. No one is watching... No one cares.. Just be everything you are, put on your fav jam and Go CRAZY. EXPRESS YOURSELF 👉Dancing is amazing because it allows you to connect with your body in a totally different way to normal cardio exercises like cycling or running.. 👉Because dancing doesn't only burn calories but it shows you which part of your body is 'dumber'/ less responsive, shows you which parts are more dominate. (through this we can determine quite a lot about parts of our brain development) 👉It shows you how connected your body and mind is... Being able to control your body with your mind... But Shannon Isn't that what we do everyday?? Ohhh... But on a muchhhhh smaller degree then what's possible... ✨That connection is there.. You speak to your body everyday... Fun core, hip flexor, and other stuff exercise 😃 thanks to my #twinja 😘 @oliviavivian for the idea. My 10lb ball I’m throwing has one weird warp that I have to watch out for because if i throw it down on that part, it shoots sideways 😆. This was my first try. I’ve gotten shocking better at it over the last couple days. Give it a try!!!

Bruh this set hurt, I didn’t even bother trying for my planned 8th. . I follow a traditional powerlifting split, hardest workouts outta the way first thing in the week. . Arguably lol. They’re all tough. . Hands are shaking Heart slamming Sweatin It’s fight or flight Will you fly or fight ?? The rush is coming.
