How do you begin or end your day or workout?! Mobility plays a crucial role in the recovery of so many moving parts and goes well beyond muscle recovery. Not to mention, you can get a great sweat going! It sounds silly but the right mobility flow will increase your digestion, help you 💩, relieve migraines, headaches and so much more than just keep you loose and limber! I like to think of this time as ME time. Truly moving in a way where it feels so dang good you don’t want to stop! Save this video and pick it apart to make your own flow. El mes de julio está pasando volando!! Como me gusta q mis niños puedan disfrutar,como niños,de las vacaciones...no todos pueden,espero q lo valoren. Levantarse tarde,juegos,piscina,tele,más piscina,juegos con otros niños,chuches y lo único q les exijo es media hora de lectura diaria y un par de tareas de la casa q tiene cada uno...tareas lights... Yo también disfrutaba así las vacaciones de niña,me recuerda a mis veranos,con algunas diferencias,pero muy parecidos. Etapas de la vida...te das cuenta como van pasando,como ves en tus hijos etapas vividas y como lo ves ahora de distinto siendo mamá. Lo importante es q estén felices y despreocupados de problemas,ya habrá tiempo para q se preocupen. Os dejo un equilibrio sobre manos y barbilla...CHINDSTAND. Me costó mucho hacerlo al principio...hay q flexionar mucho la espalda y el apoyo de barbilla me producía una sensación de ahogo... Hoy me cuesta menos,pero no es nada fácil!!! Buen calentamiento de espalda!No os hagáis daño! Hago chindstand y CHINDSTANDSCORPION,intentando tocar la cabeza con los pies...q me queda,como en las inversiones...esperando estoy un poquito más de flexibilidad de espalda 😩 🧘🏻‍♀️🤸🏽‍♀️ #yogafit

How we start our day, is so impactful on how the rest of our day goes! Here is how I start mine – . . *A good cardio session – running, HIIT, Stairmaster. *Followed by whatever muscle group exercises I am working on for the day. *A glass of warm lemon water post workout *And then a hot breakfast which is usually eggs in some form. . . Steps 1-4 sets up my mood positively for the rest of the day. . . Everyone’s morning routine is different, but I would encourage some sort of physical activity to fit in there and see for yourself how that changes the rest of your day!
