Das ist eigentlich ein beliebtes asiatisches Frühstück auch sehr stark verkochtem Reis und üblicherweise Brühe und Hähnchen. Ich steh nicht so auf Hühnersuppe zum Frühstück, habe mir also eine süße Variante gemacht 😄 👩🏻‍🍳👩🏻‍🍳👩🏻‍🍳👩🏻‍🍳👩🏻‍🍳👩🏻‍🍳👩🏻‍🍳👩🏻‍🍳👩🏻‍🍳 Congee Grundrezept: 250g Reis @reishunger gut waschen und mit 1250-1500ml Wasser in einen Slowcooker geben und 6-8h auf LOW köcheln lassen —> hat bei mir mit 1250ml Wasser 1400g mit ca 900kcal ergeben . Kokoscongee: 1/3 des fertigen Congee mit 10g Kokosöl und 200g Quark + Flavor (zb Smacktastic Cocoloco @rockanutrition ) vermischen und mit 5g Kokosraspeln und 100g Erdbeeren toppen . So if you haven’t created new, healthy, sustainable habits...you’ll find easier or pretty much automatically go back to what you did before. That's is why I advocate for programs that build your knowledge, self management and habits. I do not believe that a quick fix program or 7-day solution package will make impact in your life. Mi sento giù di morale 😖 Maledetta sessione. Però ci tenevo a condividere con voi questa ricettina che spacca veramente troppo! La tortina paradiso! Alta, morbidosa, sofficissima, gustosissima, fresca, leggera e chi più ne ha più ne metta 😅😂 L'ho amata! Ha un gusto super delicato di limone, wow ❤ Vi dico come l'ho fatta! Ingredienti: - 20 gr farina d'avena gusto lemon pie - 10 gr farina di cocco sgrassata - 100 ml albume - Succo di mezzo limone - 1 Cucchiaio di yogurt greco alla vaniglia - 1/3 bustina di idrolitina + 1 tappo di acqua :) Sopra, come topping, Skyr alla vaniglia e sciroppo d'acero zero! 😍 1. Ho mescolato le due farine 2. Ho unito l'albume, il succo di limone e il cucchiaino di yogurt 3. Ho mescolato bene, aggiunto la solita idrolitina + tappo d'acqua e girato con forza fino a che fosse gonfia 4. Ho versato il composto in una tazza grande e alta 5. Ho cotto a vapore/bagnomaria inserendo la tazza in una pentola con un filo d'acqua e chiusa con coperchio, per 15 minuti circa 6. Ho lasciato riposare con il coperchio, in modo che l'umidità aiutasse a staccare la torta dai bordini 7. Ho staccato con cura, messo su un piatto e aggiunto Skyr alla vaniglia e sciroppo! Calorie totali di tutta la torta con topping compreso? 225 kcal, di cui 19 carbo, 28 pro e 2 grassi! Assurdo! 😍😍 Niente, ritorno di corsa sui libri 😭 Buona giornata, anime bellissime. What I do is: ⭐ The evening before I think of what to eat the next day to work. ⭐ I make sure that it are things thar don't need microwaves of fridges. ⭐ I calculate all my snacks with it ⭐ And make sure I have a diverse meal ⭐ Always make sure I got some sweet and something that fills me up. And that's it, couldn't make it anymore simple. I am a container girl!😄 My bag is to small and I need to find a new solution 🤔 🔅 You will see what's in the containers later! 🤗
