Date night 💖 you can go out to eat and have a balanced meal without going overboard! - A few years ago i wouldn’t have been able to do so, but after many rounds of trail/error & becoming more mindful, eating out doesn’t set me off track anymore. - Your weekends should be enjoyable, but they shouldn’t be a “permission slip” to go completely overboard. Go into the weekend with the mindset that you CAN make it work, and having one bite/sip of something won’t ruin your diet. - Your diet will only be “ruined” once you determine it as so.

⁣ ProtiZyme Peanut Butter Cookie 🥜⁣ ⁣ I’ve accumulated a few different protein powders lately... it just sort of happened between trying to find a favorite and wanting to try all the flavors. So here’s a quick review for you...⁣ ⁣ Upon opening the tub this flavor smells delicious, almost exactly like it’s name! It mixes decently - though I almost always blend mine. Just a personal preference I guess. The flavor mixed alone with water for me leaves a little to be desired. It’s a good flavor, but it definitely doesn’t taste as good as it smells. It’s lacking something with the peanut-y flavor. I prefer to add to it a little to get a better taste. Not being super into the flavor with just water is definitely a let down. *Swipe to see how I use mine! ⁣ ⁣ For the price though this is an awesome choice. I paid $35 for my tub and it has 26 servings. I feel like that’s pretty reasonable considering I’ve spent around $50 for something with around 30 servings. The macros are a plus as well, coming in at 24g protein and only 3g carbs. *Swipe for the nutrition info! Since it’s low carb I don’t feel super bad about using milk instead of water as a base. Que queeeeee? ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ Yup, there are no bad foods. ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ These foods are just less nutritious for you and they’re not feeding your body all the awesomeness that you would get from, let’s say a large apple. ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ 🍎 ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ Eating these foods all day, everyday, isn’t good for you physically. Restricting yourself from them completely can be unhealthy mentally. ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ Find a balance! “ How to build bulk correctly” by @stepstoahealthieryou 1. Slight calorie surplus. The reason you should do a calorie surplus is because when you gain weight too quickly it will turn to fat. Yes when you do bulk you will gain a little bit of fat, but if your eating fast food all time it will hurt you more than help. 2. Keeping track of macros. You need to keep track of your macros because your body will be missing out on the nutrition it needs to build muscle. I guarantee you don’t take care of your macros your workouts will suffer! 3. Consistently training This is kind of obvious but when you don’t workout consistently you won’t be gaining muscle just fat. So do yourself a favor be consistent! 4. Progressive overload You need to keep reaching new levels to keep getting stronger. You can add more weight, more reps, more sets just keep moving!

Ich habe meist am Samstag alles gegessen, was der Körper aufnahm und wo ich was essen konnte. Mc Donald oder sowas ... Montags hatte ich arge Nebenwirkungen. Kein Hunger - kalte Beine - wir Entzugserscheinungen vom Zucker und derbe Kopfschmerzen. Ehrlich! , dass ist es mir nicht wert. Ich habe mich in Ruhe damit beschäftigt, warum ich überhaupt Cheatdays machte.. Am Anfang jeder Diät empfindet man viel als Verzicht! Ich darf nicht so essen, wie alle anderen und und und ... Jetzt habe ich mit mir selbst ein Deal abgeschlossen. Ich gönne mir samstags ein gutes Getränk und ein Fläschchen Cola light 😍 Der Entzug läuft übrigens super!
