#flashbackfriday remember this?? Masoor Dal Kebabs ! That I made using leftover Masoor Dal. 😊 Served it with mini #parathas and tomato-coriander chutney! #yum they were! Planning to make them again from scratch soon and will share the #recipe Method: I dried the leftover dal on high flame till all the water evaporated and it started to stick to the pan. Once it was cool added lots of chopped onions, green coriander leaves and green chilies. The dal already had the spices in it. Added 1/4 tsp chaat masala and 1/4 tsp lemon juice. Boiled potatoes or bread crumbs can be added too for a firm shape but I didn’t do it. Roll them in the shape of tikkis and shallow fry them in a pan. Serve as side dish or with parathas. Craving all the warm roasted veggie bowls as of late... we’ll basically all the time tbh 🕺🏻 I’ve been in the kitchen baking up a few treats and this was the perfect bowl to help fuel through the afternoon 😄 Lots of kale/spinach, roasted sweet potato and broccoli smothered in nutritional yeast before roasting, peas, cherry tomatoes (although def no in season), quinoa, black beans, carrot curry hummus, and a lemon tahini miso dressing. Hope this week is treating you well so far 😌

Добрый день♥️🙏🏻 если нет времени на ужин или на обед,то приготовьте такое простое и вкусное блюдо♥️ вы будете в восторге:) ⠀ Ставь ♥️ и не забудь сохранить рецепт:) •Спагетти с мясными шариками• ——————————— ✔️Ингредиенты: 🥩 400 гр.фарш 🥬 2 шт.лук 🥚 1 яйцо 🥫 специи( соль,перец,приправа 10 овощей) 🥄 1 ст.л.майонез 🥕 1 морковь 🍝 400 гр.спагетти ✔️Приготовление: 🥩Мясные шарики:лук мелко порубить, смешать с фаршем с приправами,добавить яйцо,майонез!скатать в шарики. 🥩 На растительном масле обжарить шарики до золотистого цвета с двух сторон:) Убираем шарики со сковороды! 🥕 Лук нарезать кубиком,морковь натереть на терке. Обжариваем лук на той же сковородке,где жарили мясные шарики минут 3-4,добавляем морковь и мясные шарики! Обжариваем минут 5-7. 🍝 Выкладываем спагетти в середину и вливаем воду,чтобы покрыла спагетти полностью. Разравниваем спагетти по всей сковороде,добавляем соль и перец. OU BRUNCHER CE WEEK-END ?? • C’est LA question que je me pose toute la semaine en fait😂 • Une question que je ne posais jamais il y a de cela un an et demi, mais je crois bien que l’atmosphère parisienne a eu raison de moi et j’ai succombé à cette habitude dominicale😅 • Mais c’est tellement bon les brunchs !! Et celui de @clint_paris est dans un très bon rapport qualité/prix ! • 12,50€ les œufs bénédicte avec des muffins, du bacon, de la sauce hollandaise et une salade accompagnatrice. 11€50 les pancakes salés, servis normalement avec un oeuf au plat, du bacon et du sirop 😅 mais repimpé par la copine @icequeen725 qui avait une envie d’avocat ce matin là 🙈 • On a fini en douceur sur une note de mascarpone et une grosse épaisseur de carrot cake ! Dommage qu’il ne contiennent ni fruits secs ni noix... il en serait d’autant plus bon ...😢 • Et pour vous ça aurait été quoi? They’ve introduced a 2, 3 and 4 course Vegetarian and Non-vegetarian meals at amazing and viable prices. Classic mince pies by @kitchenstories_official Servings: 6 280 g flour ¼ tsp salt 20 g sugar 160 g unsalted butter 40 ml water 1 Granny Smith apple 110 g dried figs 40 g almonds 1 orange 70 g brown sugar ½ tsp ground cinnamon ¼ tsp ground cardamom ¼ tsp ground nutmeg 60 g candied orange peel 50 g raisins 50 g sultanas 1 egg yolk 1 tbsp whole milk unsalted butter (for greasing) flour (for dusting) confectioner’s sugar (for serving) Step 1/6 280 g flour¼ tsp salt20 g sugar110 g unsalted butter40 ml water Add flour, salt, sugar, and some of the butter to a bowl and start to knead with a hand mixer with dough hooks. Add water and keep kneading until a soft dough forms. Wrap in plastic wrap and let the dough rest in the fridge until the filling is prepared. Step 2/6 1 Granny Smith apple110 g dried figs40 g almonds Roughly grate the apple. Chop dried figs and almonds. Step 3/6 50 g unsalted butter1 orange70 g brown sugar½ tsp ground cinnamon¼ tsp ground cardamom¼ tsp ground nutmeg60 g candied orange peel50 g raisins50 g sultanas Melt remaining butter in a pot over medium heat. Add orange juice, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, ground cardamom, and ground nutmeg, stir to combine, and bring to a simmer. Add grated apple, dried figs, almonds, candied orange peel, raisins, and sultanas and stir to combine. Let simmer for approx. 3 min., then remove from heat and let cool. Тыква - любимица многих хозяек.🎃 Из этого сливочного и сладковатого продукта можно приготовить самые разные блюда. Хотите просто, быстро, а главное вкусно? Тогда сохраняйте рецепт: башенка из тыквы алла пармиджана.👩🏼‍🍳 На 4-е порции нам понадобится: - мякоть томатов в кубиках Pomì 800 г, - тыква 600 г, - сыр пармезан 200 г, - оливковое масло и пряные травы по вкусу. ▫️Тонко нарезаем тыкву и вырезаем из неё кружочки, используя кулинарное кольцо. ▫️Запекаем их в духовке при температуре 140 градусов в течение 20 минут, добавив оливкового масла, соли и перца по вкусу. В мякоть томатов в кубиках добавляем пряные травы и соль. ▫️На бумаге для выпечки формируем башенки из тыквы, слоями выкладываем томатный соус и тёртый пармезан. Помещаем блюдо в духовку, разогретую до 180 градусов и подрумяниваем его в течение 15 минут. Достаём и подаём к столу. Ммм какой аромат. Словами не передать, нужно пробовать. Жареные хинкали от шеф-повара рюмочной «Рюмка водки. Лепс» Ингредиенты (на 4 порции) Для теста: Мука пшеничная, 500 г Соль, 12 г Вода, 175-180 мл Для начинки (аджапсандал): Баклажан, 400 г Помидор, 300 г Перец болгарский красный, 500 г Репчатый лук, 300 г Кабачок (цукини), 500 г Чеснок, 60 г Корни кинзы, 30 г Базилик зелёный и красный, 30 г Чили зелёный, 40 г Соль/перец/сахар, по вкусу Масло растительное, 100 мл Готовим начинку Овощи промываем, запекаем в фольге с добавлением целого (неочищенного) чеснока, молотого чёрного перца и растительного масла. Помидоры запекаем в течение 10-15 мин, перец и цукини – 20-25 минут при 200 градусах. Лук очищаем, нарезаем средним кубиком, обжариваем до золотистой корочки на растительном масле. Готовые овощи зачищаем от кожицы (перец и помидор), нарезаем крупным кубиком и соединяем с луком. Добавляем листья базилика, кинзу, свежий чеснок (давим при помощи пресса), чили и добавляем соль, перец и сахар. Перемешиваем и оставляем на 1-2 часа. Готовим тесто Соль растворяем в холодной воде. Тонкой струйкой вводим в муку, вымешиваем до полного соединения (если раскатываем тесто вручную, необходимо увеличить закладку воды на 30-40 мл). Замешанное тесто накрываем пищевой плёнкой или убираем в пакет на 30-40 минут. Раскатываем тесто в тонкий пласт толщиной 0,5 см и плотно сворачиваем в рулон. Рулон заворачиваем в пищевую пленку и убираем в холод на 30 минут. Лепим хинкали Готовое тесто нарезаем кружочками и раскатываем толщиной до 2-3 мм. В центр теста кладём 40 г овощей (аджапсандал) и заворачиваем в мешочек (по форме хинкали). Готовим хинкали Отвариваем хинкали в кипящей воде 2-3 минуты, промываем под холодной водой, просушиваем.
