C’est tout 🐓 ce soir.... . Pour les boulettes: INGRÉDIENTS 500 g de blancs de poulet * 1 gros oignon * 2 gousses d’ail * 4 oeufs entiers * 1/2 botte de persil frais frisé * chapelure * huile de tournesol * sel, poivre au goût * PRÉPARATION . ÉTAPE 1 Pelez et hachez finement l’oignon. ÉTAPE 2 Epluchez et émincez l'ail. ÉTAPE 3 Hachez finement les blancs de poulet. ÉTAPE 4 Nettoyez et épongez le persil. Hachez-le. ÉTAPE 5 Mélangez le poulet haché avec l’oignon haché, l’ail émincé, les oeufs entiers et le persil haché dans un grand saladier. Salez et poivrez à votre goût. ÉTAPE 6 Versez un fond de chapelure dans une assiette creuse. ÉTAPE 7 A l’aide d’une cuillère à soupe, façonnez des boulettes avec la préparation au poulet. ÉTAPE 8 Roulez chaque boulette au poulet dans la chapelure. Déposez au fur et à mesure les boulettes au poulet panées dans une grande assiette. ÉTAPE 9 Faites chauffer un fond d'huile de tournesol dans une poêle. ÉTAPE 10 Quand l’huile de tournesol est bien chaude, déposez plusieurs boulette au poulet panées dans la poêle et faites-les dorer pendant quelques minutes, en les remuant régulièrement, jusqu'à ce qu'elles soient bien dorées. ÉTAPE 11 A la fin de la cuisson, débarrassez les croquettes de poulet de la poêle, à l’aide d’un écumoire, et égouttez-les sur du papier absorbant. Ingredientes: Para las tapas 1 taza de coco rallado 1 taza de harina de avena (avena o harina) 2 huevos 15 sobres de edulcorante 1 cuchara de esencia vainilla Relleno: Dulce de leche Coco Procedimiento 1- Para la base, en un recipiente: mezclar el coco, con el huevo, esencia de vainilla, harina y edulcorante. 2-Amasar 3-Estirar sobre una placa y luego cortar en forma redonda y hornear por 10 minutos hasta que se cocine. 4. Cuando ya este cocinada la masa, ponerle por arriba una capa de dulce de leche con una cuchara y luego la otra tapa!!!!!!! Happy Father’s Day Pops! I hardly post much about my family, but I had to for this guy because he is definitely someone that gives me drive when I need it. He always provides the right amount of tough love in times of doubt and would remind me that even with setbacks, just to keep moving. So I wanted to share his story and how it has impacted me and how he influences my PrepYoSelf journey. At first glance, he looks like a normal healthy guy that just dances and moves like nothing can stop him. He’s had those moments, but he has also survived so many close calls with his health and he still continues to fight. My dad became a diabetic when I was just a little girl. And eventually the disease got the best of him and he went into kidney failure. He is now a dialysis patient, and of course, over time, other health issues arise such as cardiovascular complications. Needless to say he fights each day for his health. He is a reminder for me that nutrition is a big part of that. So when people ask me what motivates me to meal prep, this is a big part of why I do what I do. I meal prep so I can stay ahead and incorporate more healthy homemade meals. I share this page with others for those in similar journeys or just to provide ideas and options. Nobody said that health and wellness is an easy journey, trust me, I’ve seen my dad struggle through it, I battle with it on a daily basis myself and it takes a conscious and focused effort to stay on track and get back on when you fall off it. But just like my dad always tells me, it will only get the best of you if you let it. Nutrition related diseases are no joke, and definitely a hard battle to fight. So thanks to all those that have supported this journey and all the positive vibes people throw out here for this page.
