Aber das brauchte ich hier auch nicht. Es gibt gefüllte Champions🍄 @my_fitshape und die sind wirklich lecker. Esta vez he hecho más cantidad, para congelar ❄️parte de ellas y tener listas para cualquier momento 😍👌🏻 . 🙋🏼‍♀️Hoy traigo ... . . . 🧁🧁🧁🧁🧁🧁🧁🧁🧁🧁🧁🧁🧁🧁 . M A G D A L E N A S DE CÍTRICOS Y PASAS . 🔻2 huevos 🍳 y 300 ml de claras 🔻6 cdas de harina de avena 🔻6 cdas de harina de soja (o más avena) 🔻3 cdas de harina de coco 🥥 🔻75 ml de bebida de soja 🔻2 cditas de levadura 🔻Aromas: ralladura de 🍊naranja, limón, Canela, endulzante . 🔻1 puñadito de pasas . Batimos 🌪los huevos y las claras e incorporamos mezclando con una varilla el resto de ingredientes. Dejando para el último lugar las pasas. Parte incorporamos a la mezcla y parte usamos para decorar. . Heute mal Cordon Bleu ganz anders, oder besser gesagt...🤣 grüner Lasagnentraum👩🏼‍🍳💚 oder Brokki Torti🤣, fast mit einem Tortenstück zu verwechseln🙈 Wenn der Mann beim ersten Bissen mit vollen Backen sagt: 😄 ohhh ja, das kannst du bald nochmal machen, mein jüngster keine Zeit zum rummäkeln hat und es zudem noch gesund ist😃 Ist die Mama happy🤗 💚Also Happy Low Carb Gericht💚 für alle👶🏼👩🏼‍💼👨🏼‍💼👦🏼 Nun, dieses Rezept ist nicht ganz auf meinen Mist gewachsen😁, ich hatte es mal irgendwo aufgeschnappt und etwas abgewandelt. Aus einem Blech konnte ich 4 Brokkoliplatten zuschneiden und habe jeweils 2 kleine Auflaufformen ca. 22x18 cm damit geschichtet. Nun noch fix das Procedere👩🏼‍🍳, wer mal Lust auf 💚Brokkolisagne💚hat... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ☆Zutaten☆ ▪ 1kg Brokkoli (2 Brokkoliköpfe) grob geraspelt, ergeben ca. 500g ▪ 1 mittelgroße rote Zwiebel ▪ 2 EL Rapsöl (raffiniert) ▪ 100g Frischkäse Balance ▪ 4 Eier, Größe M ▪ etwas Salz und Pfeffer ▪ 2 TL Gemüsebrühe als Pulver ▪ 1 gehäuften EL Leinsamen ▪ 400g Kochschinken in Scheiben ▪ 2 Tüten Gouda Streukäse ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ☆Zubereitung☆ -> Brokkoliröschen mit scharfen Messer fein klein schneiden -> Zwiebel klein würfeln, in großen Topf mit Rapsöl andünsten und klein geraspelten Brokkoli hinzufügen. -> mit Gemüsebrühepulver würzen -> Frischkäse unterrühren und alles lauwarm abkühlen lassen. -> Anschließend die Eier miteinander verquirlen, mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen. -> Das flüssige Rührei und die Leinsamen unterrühren. -> Im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 180 Grad Ober/Unterhitze, die Brokkolimasse auf einem mit Backpapier ausgelegten Backblech großflächig als Viereck verteilen. -> 25-30 Minuten in den Ofen. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Die fertige Brokkoli-Platte in 4 gleich große Teile zerteilen. In eine Auflaufform etwas Käse auf den Boden geben und vorsichtig das erste Viertel der Brokkoli-Platte in die Form bugsieren. Dann Schinken darauf legen und mit Käse bestreuen. So fortfahren, bis alle 2 Platten in der Lasagne-Auflaufform sind und mit Schinken und Käse abschließt. Nun für 25 Minuten zurück in den Ofen und überbacken🍽 💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚

CHEESY 🧀 SPAGHETTI SQUASH 👀I really do hate cooking... but lately I’ve been making an effort to eat more “Whole Foods” . Since Whole Foods can’t come from a package I’ve been making time to cook! This has been one of my favorite recipes thus far! It’s simple and delicious 😋 👉🏻INGREDIENTS: ▪️5 1/2 cups cooked spaghetti squash ▪️1 tbsp butter ▪️1 tbsp olive oil ▪️1/4 cup minced onion ▪️1/4 cup flour ▪️2 cups skim milk ▪️1 cup fat free chicken broth (vegetable broth for vegetarian) ▪️2 cups (8 oz) Sargento 2% reduced fat mild cheddar salt and pepper, to taste ▪️4 cups (about 4 oz) baby spinach ▪️1/8 cup grated parmesan DIRECTIONS: Preheat the oven to 375ºF. ▪️Cook spaghetti squash (microwave or oven)*see spaghetti post for instructions on how to cook squash ▪️Heat butter and oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add onions and cook about 2 minutes. ▪️Stir in flour. Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring continually 3 – 4 minutes. ▪️Add milk and chicken broth and continue whisking, raising heat to medium-high until it comes to a boil and becomes smooth and thick, about 2 minutes stirring; season with salt and pepper. ▪️Once it becomes thick, remove from heat, add cheddar cheese and mix well until cheese is melted. ▪️Adjust salt and pepper to taste, add cooked spaghetti squash and baby spinach, pour into a baking dish and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. ▪️Bake until bubbly and golden 25 to 30 minutes. 👉🏻NUTRITION INFORMATION Serving Size: 1 cup Amount Per Serving: Calories: 165 calories Total Fat: 8g Saturated Fat: 2g Cholesterol: 7.5mg Sodium: 278.5mg Carbohydrates: 16g Fiber: 2g Sugar: 6.5g Protein: 10g Recipe from @skinnytaste #skinnytaste

Cheesy Brussels are quick, easy and DELICIOUS. 🥄RECIPE: Warm some coconut oil in a skillet then add in Brussels and season with salt, pepper and lots of garlic powder. Let sit on bottom of skillet before stirring until browned then add a splash of broth to soften them up. Cover them in freshly grated or shaved parmesan and let warm until cheese is melted. BAM.
