오늘은 다리를 했다. . 하이바풀스쿼트 워밍업 20-10 60-5 100-3 1rm셋 150-1(1번영상) 도전셋 152.5-실패ㅋㅋ 본세트 135-3×3 120-5 프론트풀스쿼트 도전셋 117.5-1(2번영상) 본세트 105-3 95-5 레그프레스 기존셋 620-5(3번사진) 도전셋 640-2(4번사진) . 하이바풀스쿼트는 얼핏 봐선 덜 내려갔나 싶은데 힙힌지와 무릅굽힌축 보면 풀인 것 같다. 앞으로는 확실하게 캐쳐바 한 칸 더 내려야겠다. . 프론트풀스쿼트는 쇄골에 얹어해서 아파 죽는 줄 알았는데 무게 도전 성공. 확실히 앉았다. . 레그프레스는 이번에 640 해봤는데 와ㅋㅋ 3번은 했다간 죽을 것 같았다. . 오늘도 행복했다. 이번주 일요일 오후 2시에는 역도 코치에게 수업을 받아볼 것이고, 다음주 토요일 오전 11시에는 다니는 헬스장에서 팀장을 맡고 있는 보디빌딩 선수 출신 트레이너에게 무료 PT를 받아볼 것이다. 트레이너는 그간 내가 앓아온 기립근의 깊숙한 뭉침과 통증, 그리고 중량에 집착해 근육보다는 관절에 의존한 리프팅에 대한 위험성을 잘 얘기해주었다. 좋은 수업들이 될 것 같다. #highbar #fullsquat #backsquat #highbarfullsquat #frontsquat #frontfullsquat #squat #150kg #117.5kg #620kg #640kg #1rm #pr #newpr #스퀏 #스쾃 #스쿼트 #다리 #파워리프팅 #보디빌딩 #관절 #근육

▪️⚠️ENTENDAMOS EL CONTEXTO Y LOS CASOS PARTICULARES‼️La sentadilla profunda NO ES MALA para tus rodillas, siempre y cuando no se presenten estos casos: . ▶️En primer lugar, entender que la sentadilla es un movimiento tremendamente complejo donde muchas articulaciones estás involucradas, nos debería hacer pensar que el movimiento de cada una de ellas debe ser el óptimo para permitir desarollo de una técnica buena, y en especial si queremos hacer una sentadilla profunda. Por lo tanto, si la estabilidad en tu torso no es la adecuada, tus caderas son poco móviles, tus rodillas no están bien alineadas o a tus tobillos les falta movimiento, lo más probable es que una sentadilla profunda no sea para ti⛔. Intenta moverte en rangos más parciales o incluso hasta la paralela con el suelo si así garantizas un movimiento armónico.✔️ . ▶️En segundo lugar, y luego de haber focalizado y trabajado tus puntos débiles, si no desarrollas una buena técnica tampoco será una buena opción realizar una sentadilla profunda.⛔👎 Existen una serie de pasos y señales de las que debes ser consciente, antes, durante y después de una sentadilla o de lo contrario, al ser un movimiento que es capaz de generar tantos estímulos simultáneos es bastante sencillo perder foco de atención y desarrollar una técnica que eleve el riesgo de lesión. Práctica, grábate o pide que te observen cuántas veces sea necesario hasta que te hagas un experto.✔️ . ▶️Y por último, la frase "Si no duele, no sirve" o "Sin dolor no hay ganancias" quedan fenomenales en las películas o para elevar tu ego si es tu caso particular, pero para tu cuerpo el dolor es una señal y una alarma que te avisa que algo no anda bien.⚠️⚠️👎 Por lo tanto, si tienes molestias y dolor en tus rodillas o caderas producto de algún traumatismo, sobreuso o enfermedad como la artritis, por favor has caso a tus alarmas y limita el uso de la sentadilla únicamente a aquellos rangos de movimientos en los que no haya ningún tipo de dolor. Tapi gerakan Squat apa yang efektif buat ngelatih otot kaki? Pastinya Deep Squat. Squat sesuai arti namanya yaitu Jongkok, jadi gerakan Squat yang bagus ya seperti Jongkok. Gw klo latihan squat harus sampe full biar mantep, klo ga full bukan squat namanya. . Deep Squat/Full Squat itu susah dilakuin karena butuh aktivasi banyak sekali otot lower body, tapi manfaatnya banyak banget buat gw, seperti : - Ningkatin aktivasi otot gluteus lebih besar dibanding Pararel Squat. - Ningkatin movement dari Hips, lutut, dan pergelangan kaki. - Ningkatin strength dari Squat. - Ningkatin muscle hypertrophy otot kaki. - Nglatih otot core. . I'm back at it again! Haven't been able to squat heavy for hip pain reasons. Just been sticking to light weight goblet squats with a dumbbell or kettle bell, and really taking my time stretching and warming up. All thanks to @flexwithdoctorjay, he gave me some workout tips to work around my right hip pain. I worked my way back up with weights, thank you! No pain, but I was nervous to go heavy today.
