I’d skip workouts thinking that it would have no impact on my results , shock , it did. • • • Since then I’ve learnt about nutrition & the right way to train . I have a set meal plan and I know what I can and can’t consume on a day-to-day basis. I consistently stick to the right diet and treat myself now and again 🍪 🍩. MOTIVATION: Ich habe schon oft die Frage gehört: „Wie motivierst du dich eig jeden Tag ins Training zu gehen?“ Ehrlich gesagt keine Ahnung 🤔🤷🏼‍♀️ ICH MACH ES EINFACH! Gestern habe ich mich intensiv mit der Frage auseinander gesetzt. Denn ich hatte wirklich gar keine Lust auf Anstrengung, obwohl Beintraining meine Lieblingseinheit ist.🍑Ich glaube aber das geht jedem mal so. Der Unterschied ist aber, ob man sein Training trotzdem durchzieht oder daheim bleibt.💪🏽 Und für mich stellt sich da gar nicht die Frage. Okay zugegeben, am Mittwoch habe ich schon für 1 Millisekunde überlegt „ach komm, fahr einfach heim“👀 und im gleichen Moment „Spaß, eh nicht“😂 Vielleicht musst du dir das gleiche beim nächsten Mal, wenn du keine Lust hast, auch denken! Denn wenn du mal angefangen hast, ist der innere Schweinehund überwunden und du kommst schnell in dein Training. So ist es zumindest bei mir. 💭 🏋🏼‍♀️ Und das beste Gefühl ist sowieso der Pump nach einem geilen Training! deshalb: FANG EINFACH AN! I wanted to give you guys an update on how my cut is going: I stared a few weeks ago and it went well, 2 weeks ago or so my glucose got out of control cuz I had PMS, it was living its own life... I managed to go down about 1/2 kg fat in 2 weeks even tho I know I was eating about 2-3 thousands of calories per day. This week I changed my basal, planned a go to low snack and changed my diet a bit and I’m finally stable!! And it feels like I’ve gotten leaner in just a few days. I’m so happy that it’s finally going in the right direction, dieting and diabetes isn’t easy... 🏋🏽‍♂️Leg Day Thursday ⬇️ • (Swipe left⬅️) 1️⃣10 minute warmup-walking on the treadmill to get your heart rate going. 2️⃣Static stretching (hip flexors and legs) 30 second holds each side 3️⃣Walking Lunges 4x10 (each leg) 4️⃣Smith Machine Squats 4x10 5️⃣Goblet Squats 4x10 6️⃣Cable Hip Abduction 4x10 (each leg) 7️⃣Leg Extensions 4x10 8️⃣10 minute cool down-walking on the treadmill at a reduced speed to slow down the heart rate. • I only filmed a few of the mentioned movements 🤪 Enjoy✅ #elitefreedomfitness 🇺🇸

How I get a smaller waist: 1️⃣ incorporate stomach vacuuming into my exercises! This trains the transverse abdominis which helps tuck everything in tighter. 2️⃣ train my upper body to make that seem larger and my waist seems smaller (same thing with lower body) 3️⃣ work hard! Don’t worry if you don’t get your results within a week, like I’ve said before, it’s taken me a long time to get where I am! I’m not trying to trick you into thinking this is an easy overnight process, it’s not! Just keep going 🤗 Swipe ▶️▶️ for 2 upper body workouts I did today, nothing insane or complex. Just simple muscle building movements. Side note, these pants are EVERYTHING @nvgtn I am obsessed.
