Proyecto Sara 💪💪 El objetivo principal de este proyecto consiste en una mejora a nivel estético. El primer mesociclo va a consistir en una fase de pérdida de grasa corporal, con el fin de tener más margen a la hora de iniciar una fase de volumen. ✔️Datos antopométricos iniciales: Peso inicial: 51 kgs Estatura: 1,50 m Perímetros: - Cuello: 33 cm - Brazo: 25 cm - Cintura: 61 cm - Abdominal: 61 cm - Cadera: 91 cm - Pierna: 56 cm *En publicaciones posteriores se adjuntarán datos de pliegue, así como una tabla de Excel donde vendrán la evolución del peso, perímetro y pliegues, con sus respectivas gráficas de evolución.* ✔️ Dieta: La dieta inicial contaba con un deficit de un 10% (1750) respecto a sus calorías de mantenimiento (aprox. 1950 kcals). La dieta se basa en un IIFYM en el cual la proteína supone un 23% ( 2 gr/ kg de peso corporal), mientras el 77% por ciento restante se distribuyen entre grasas y proteínas. He elegido este modelo de dieta con la finalidad de conseguir la máxima adherencia posible, haciendo que sea un proceso muy ameno de llevar a cabo. ✔️Suplementación: Actualmente he optado por no usar ningún tipo de suplementación. ✔️Entrenamiento: El entrenamiento se divide en tres días, pierna; pecho-espalda; hombro-brazo. Con un volumen de entrenamiento de 8 series por grupo muscular a 15 repeticiones con RPE 8-10. En cuanto a gemelos y abdomen se realizará de 2 a 4 series de 15 a 25 repeticiones dos veces por semana.

A new day, a new WOD. 🔥⠀ Me - currently walking on the treadmill (not studying for uni, even though I should 😬) editing today's workout. I started of with some front squat practice and finished with this AMRAP for 15 min.⠀ ⠀ One round is:⠀ ⠀ 15 (assisted) strict pull ups⠀ 15 back squats ( I chose 70kg)⠀ 15 burpees⠀ ⠀ Go as fast as you can. Take breaks as needed. Hope you breathe as heavy as I did.👊

Tony left a permanent mark on the world and he is definitely missed. It’s hard to believe that’s it’s been over a year since he passed. My dad called me and told me he passed. I know that doesn’t seem like a big detail, but even to my dad, Tony was special. If it wasn’t for him documenting his travels, making even the most remote places seem doable, I would probably still be telling myself “you should travel”. Instead, and with an added push from my now wife, @jennhlloyd , I took the leap.
