Client transformation - @eugegall (SWIPE LEFT) - 35lbs down from his initial starting weight back in April. - During that time he had 👇 - 9 weeks of holidays, yes 9 weeks 😅, he has become a master of balancing calories while traveling which is epic. - Double torn shoulder which eliminated any pushing movements for a most of the diet. - Back injuries throughout 😅 - Yet still got the job done even with the bumps in the road that are out of his or my control. - We worked around what we could & Eugene just got the job done which has now put him in a fantastic place going into this reverse diet. - The goal is to get out of Christmas unscathed on more food where we will look to build back on his weaker areas and getting gaining into the new year. - Top work mate 👊 - #Transformation #Coaching

I Don’t Post About Fitness Often... But Lately Many Of You Have Been Reaching Out Asking Me If I Take Care Of Myself/ My Health With All Of The Business And Traveling I’m Doing. ❓ . The Answer Is: HELL YES ♨️ . I never stop taking care of myself when I travel, I choose healthy choices to eat on the menu at restaurants, you can just ask them for a chicken breast with no seasoning or simple things it is possible to eat healthy on the go 🏃🏼‍♀️ . I also make it a point to do a lot of walking when I am out and about traveling, through the hotel, through nearby malls etc just to see stuff and make sure I’m staying active if I don’t make it to the gym that day 🛩 . You only have 1 life you need to incorporate some fun too, running & walking in new places can be a great way to see things and get some cardio in. I love it! . PS: I always bring great walking shoes when I travel along with my red bottoms haha 😉 . I have also attached to this post some of my all time favourite workouts at the gym for abs and flutes (my two favourite areas to workout) in the form of short videos. . Fitness is not my speciality so my form may not be perfect but if you want to look up these workouts online here are the names of them: Flutter kicks (second video) Flute bridge (third video) (And I forgot the other 2 since I have been doing them for so long lol) . Post leg day. Current shape😬 Content with the amount of muscle on my 5’2 frame. I’m anticipating the final physique upon chiseling the fluff; I have an idea of how I expect myself to look & elicit that image in moments of doubt. (Well, my ultimate goal is to diminish those moments entirely, but I suppose that’s a work in progress.) - As of now, all I can do is follow the necessary steps to manifest my vision into reality. So what I have here is the major muscle groups of your shoulder, there are three heads to the shoulder anterior, lateral and posterior deltoids. Let's go over some of the breakdown: Posterior Deltoid  T-Bar Rows: - if performed with wider grip it can isolate the rear delt more than a narrow grip. Reverse nautilus flys: -Again in reverse of the chest flys with our chest against the pad on the nautilus machine. Bent over reverse dumbbell flys: - Another version of reverse flys only performed in a bent over position to put more focus on the posterior deltoid. Face Pulls - Excellent for rear deltoid activation, use the rope attachment and get down on one knee! ANTERIOR DELTOID Front Raises: -These can be performed with either cables or dumbbells. OHP: -A great compound that not only hits the front of the shoulders but basically the whole body as well. Arnold Press: -Encompasses a lot of the shoulder but also overlaps into the lateral head as well. Military Press: -These can be performed either seated or standing with dumbbells or even a barbell if you have the right equipment. LATERAL DELTOID Lateral Raises: -These can be performed with Cables or dumbbells. Upright Rows: -These can be performed with cables, dumbbells or barbells. Lying Side Laterals: -Mainly performed with light dumbbells. One-Arm Side Cable Laterals: -Great for the hypertrophy rep range and also keeps constant tension on the muscle.
