Still got a lot of work to do but always good to check in and compare now vs. your starting point. I’m probably at around the 16% BF range right now and I was at 22-24% when I began. still have some fluff around the lower belly and hips to eliminate but happy that my chest and shoulders are squaring up nicely, along with some abs and serratus. The amount of cardio I’ve been doing has been really draining the calories and I think my protein intake has been shocking so more than likely been losing some muscle over the last few weeks. Time to review the macros and diet to make sure I’m eating right.
