I mix these workouts in with some shoulder & back exercises 1-2 times a week. There are NO excuses as to why you should be neglecting your upper body! I promise that training your upper body will not make you look “manly”! 🙅🏼‍♀️ Instead, these exercises will help you to build lean & feminine muscle! 1️⃣ Single Arm Preacher Curls | 3 sets/10 reps (each arm) 2️⃣ Spider Curls | 3 sets/15 reps. 3️⃣ Weighted Plate Curls | 3 sets/12-15 reps.

Words cannot even begin to describe how truly amazing this year has been. I am so grateful for the amount of people that have come into my life this year and for the love & support of my friends and family 💗 . .
