Sie haben ihre Resilienz gegeüber einer bestimmten Last oder Bewegung verloren. Das ist natürlich kein Dauerzustand und du musst die Belastbarkeit des Gewebes wieder erhöhen. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Geht es um die Rotatorenmanschette dann arbeite ich am Anfang gerne mit isometrischen Halteübungen, die 30-60s ausgeführt werden. Von diesen gehe ich dann über zu konzentrisch-exzentrischen Bewegungen. Natürlich immer unter der Prämisse, dass der Schmerz nicht über alle Stränge schlägt. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Ich will dir heute eine super Progressionsstrategie zeigen. Wenn der Schmerz für dich ungefähr unter 3/10 bleibt und die Übung für dich kein Problem darstellt, dann kannst du fortschreiten. Wenn du dich an diese Strategie hältst, dann steht deiner Schulter-Rehab nichts mehr im Wege. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1️⃣ Isometrisch. 2️⃣ Isometrisch und konzentrisch. 3️⃣ Konzentrisch.
