~ How to Minimize Your Time In the Gym ‼️👇🏼 • — **Just to clarify, this post is to complete your entire workout while spending as least amount of time in the gym as possible 👍🏼. — 1) Time your rest periods ⏱. News flash... your rest periods are longer than you think... don’t believe me?? Time yourself ;). I like doing 2 min. rest for my heaviest sets of my compound exercises. 1 minute for everything else ⏱ • — 2a) Write down your workouts before coming into the gym. Writing it down will eliminate the guesswork which helps a ton 👍🏼. 2b) Have alternative exercises ready in mind. Sometimes the Machine or Free Weights station you need isn’t available. Improvise with a similar exercise . (Ex: No Flat Bench available??, do Incline Bench or do flat DB presses instead) 👍🏼 • — 3) Use your phone for music & time only ‼️. Going on social media or texting can easily take 3-5 minutes of your time without you realizing it. Unless it’s an emergency (let’s be real, probably not about 90% of the time) or you want to look up your form online, let your phone chill for a bit... it needs its rest too & overnight isn’t enough lol 🤷🏻‍♂️ • — - I’m not saying you should rush in the gym... What I am saying is 👇🏼: Use your time wisely in the gym so that you can go back to working on your goals outside the gym 😄🙌🏼 •

That's my "woohoo Its fall season!!" face. It's my birthday month( even though I totally get how parents don't care about their birthdays once their child is born... I legit forgot until the other day😂. All the wasps will die... Or sleep... Or whatever they do when it gets cold( silly fact about me: teeeerified of wasps because of something that happened when I was like 10yrs old lol). A few days ago I hit a new deadlift PB of 300Ibs for 3 reps. That day I had band practice till 5:30pm so the last thing I thought I was gonna do was deadlift a new set weight and personal best. I weight 137.5Ibs. CONFIDENCE - How do you gain it?🤔 - If you guys have been following me since the beginning you’ll know that I was forever scared to take selfies in the gym - I was scared to A) post myself online B) have anyone in the gym see me take a selfie I was insecure - Don’t get me wrong, it’s still one of the most awkward things you could do😂 but if you see an opening when no ones around, take it😂 - My confidence has grown with my knowledge The more I learn and the more knowledge I acquire the more confident I become - Also, the more I DO, The more I experience The more I practice what I preach The more I back myself in what I am doing because I have done it all before - It takes time, it takes practice and it really does come with age - Be patience and keep working on perfecting your niche because when you fully believe something the confidence will shine through like no other
