Dieting & losing weight isn’t always easy but too many people make things way too hard. ⁣ ⁣ Like unreasonably hard making it next to impossible to succeed. ⁣ ⁣ So here’s my little quick list of things that make dieting & losing weight easier & more sustainable. ⁣ ⁣ —> SWEETS <—⁣ Every get a sweet tooth craving? Yeah, me too. ⁣ ⁣ You know the best way to handle it without trying to find a cauliflower version Reese’s cups?⁣ ⁣ Eat some real sweets—just in moderation. ⁣ ⁣ You’d be shocked at how much a 200 calorie snickers bar fixes a chocolate craving. Don’t wait till you’re about to kill your family to get to some chocolate. ⁣ ⁣ —> MODERATION <—⁣ Literally, anything is okay to eat. ⁣ ⁣ Nothing should be off limits. ⁣ ⁣ Want some BBQ, a donut, candy, a beer, it doesn’t matter. ⁣ ⁣ Have it—just in moderation. ⁣ ⁣ —> A SLOW PACE <—⁣ Stop trying to lose 10lbs in 10 days. This game doesn’t work like that. ⁣ ⁣ Keep the pace slow & steady. ⁣ ⁣ If you focus more on sustainability & less on speed you’ll get progress faster.⁣ ⁣ —> CARBS <—⁣ Carbs aren’t why you can’t lose weight. Too many calories is why. ⁣ ⁣ We need carbs. Period. ⁣ ⁣ Also, I have yet to meet anyone who can maintain a low/zero carb diet for the next 20 years. ⁣ ⁣ It’s not healthy or sustainable. ⁣ ⁣ —> FOODS YOU ACTUALLY ENJOY <— ⁣ Stop eating shit you don’t like. ⁣ ⁣ If you get bored of the foods you’ve been eating just switch it up. ⁣ ⁣ You should love all the foods you eat. ⁣ ⁣ There are no magic food so stop foce feeding yourself foods you don't like.⁣ ⁣ —> NO EXTREMES <—⁣ Any extreme is bad. ⁣ ⁣ Cutting out all carbs, eating 100% perfect & healthy all the time, good/bad mentalities with food, no carbs, no fats, or marrying a specific diet is a fast track to failure. ⁣ ⁣ No extreme is good. ⁣ ⁣ —> NOT BEING PERFECT <—⁣ You don’t have to be perfect to achieve your goals, you just have to be consistent. ⁣ ⁣ Stop chasing perfection because it’s not a thing. ⁣ ⁣ In all honesty, if you don’t have to be perfect why even try to be? Might just say pass.⁣⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ 🥥EAT ONLY HALF YOUR MEAL🥥⁣⁣⠀ Did you know in this day & age portions are massively bigger than what they used to be. What's is your cup? 🤔REGULAR 𝙊𝙍 DIET SODA🤔⁣ Check out what @realjaredhamilton said ⁣ 🥤Before we get into it I’d go grab some 🍿because I’m assuming the comment section is going to get pretty litty🔥⁣ ⁣ 🤮I want to make 1 thing perfectly clear—𝙣𝙚𝙞𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙧𝙚𝙜𝙪𝙡𝙖𝙧 𝙤𝙧 𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙩 𝙨𝙤𝙙𝙖 𝙞𝙨 “𝙜𝙤𝙤𝙙 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙮𝙤𝙪.”⁣ ⁣ 🤯There are zero health benefits from either.⁣ ⁣ 🥤But around the soda debate conversations there are a couple things I hear that are blatantly wrong...⁣ ⁣ 🧐“I’d rather have real sugar than fake sugar...”⁣ ⁣ Or⁣ ⁣ 😡“I’d rather have regular instead of all the chemicals in diet...”⁣ ⁣ 🤓Let me put my nerd hat on real quick...⁣ ⁣ 💩Whether ‘real’ or ‘fake,’ sugar is sugar and it still has calories & an insulin response. It’s also worth noting the ‘real’ sugar in regular is not real. It’s very refined, bleached, & borderline sexually assaulted...⁣ ⁣ 🤕Regular is also full of chemicals just like the diet version—it’s not special & ‘natural.’⁣ ⁣ 🤫The 1 thing diet has over regular is it has zero calories where if you were to *indulge* it can help keep you calorie range in check.⁣ ⁣ *Note* I said indulge—meaning in moderation, not making it your entire liquid life force, drinking it more than a goldfish drinks water🐠⁣ ⁣ 🔥Long story short, neither are good for you, but diet makes dieting easier but you probably shouldn’t have it all th time.⁣ ⁣ #ThickToFatThenFatToFit #hamiltontrained #dietcoke #fatloss #fatlosstips #dietplan #dietfood #dietstartsmonday #dietbet #dieter #dieting
