happy valentine’s day!!!❤️❤️ without sounding too cheesy, i hope you take this day to LOVE the people around you, whether it’s family or friends, and most importantly yourself. 💗💗💗 i slightly adapted my hot cocoa recipe to make it pinker, but without using red food coloring. instead i used beet powder which is super vibrant. i found it as bulk in my local food store and it was kind of expensive which is why i was saving it for a special occasion. of course the pink color isn’t necessary to the hot cocoa but it sure looks festive 💞 - - - red velvet hot cocoa 1 1/2 c almond milk (heated in microwave) 1 tbsp @navitasorganics cacao powder 1 tbsp maple syrup 1 scoop @vitalproteins collagen (for hella froth) 1 1/2 tsp beet powder i whipped mine up in my @thenutribullet for a minute!

I had everything already cooked and ready from this past week so I just heated it all up together! A few things I enjoy: taking a bath with Epsom salt + oils or a bath bomb ( YL has some amazing bombs), getting a massage (or asking my spouse to massage me), drinking a large water first thing in the am, working out, stretching, yoga, laying out in the sunshine alone, treating myself to a smoothie or healthy meal kid free ( so I actually get some lol) ✨💗
