A couple days ago my friend sent me this photo from a bachelorette cruise I went on last Labor Day Weekend. I was genuinely shocked. I mean... HOW?! I couldn’t believe that was me in that photograph. I had yet to be in remission and could only use the elevator due to the excruciating pain and nausea I felt nonstop. It was a very challenging trip. I hated the idea I was slowing anyone down so I pushed myself to the point I couldn’t get out of bed for 2 weeks. The bride wanted a million group pictures and I was genuinely mortified. I hated full length body pictures. I would hide behind the 4 girls or would abuse the “Facetune” shrink option to the point it didn’t even resemble myself. . . Today? I CRUSHED my @orangetheory class. I love a good tornado Tuesday and ALTHOUGH the guest coach was hands down the most confusing coach I’ve ever experienced - the workout was killer. I didn’t do a single modification. Last year I COULDNT USE THE STAIRS. Today I crushed some burpees, plank jacks and squat jacks. I was bouncing on the treadmill feeling how strong my body had become in such a “short” amount of time. So I’m proud. I’m proud of the hard work I invested in myself. I’m proud of how far I’ve come. So thank you for reading this - I tend to ramble when I’m emotional. I’ve learned how everyone experiences this stuff. My sweet insta friend @megans.mission officially lost 100lbs and I am SO PROUD. I know that feeling when you hit a milestone that monumental. It’s not easy and happens at different speeds. Could we have given up? Absolutely it was the EASIER option. Instead we faced it head on and conquered our goals. I am happy, I am full of DELICIOUS chaffles, and I have the two best pups in the entire universe. So take a breath - take everything one day at a time. Patience is hard but that victory is just so so sweet. Qu'est-ce qui pourrait bien te convaincre de bouger ? 🌼 🔸Savais-tu que c'est bon pour le sommeil de bouger régulièrement ?! 🔸Bouger est aussi le conseil le plus répété pour sortir d'une zone grise ou noir... La dépression et anxiété peuvent crisser leur camp ! 🔸Cette habitude positive vas entraîner ton cerveau a penser positivement et à vouloir évoluer d'avantage !Qui ne rêve pas de s'accomplir !? 🔸L'exercice permet aussi de réduire les chances de faire de la tension artérielle, du diabète ou d'avoir des maladies cardiaques ! C'est pas rien ! 🔸Suer régulièrement avec l'entraînement, élimine des toxines par la sueur. 🔸Tu risque de te faire des muscles ! 🚫 Il n'y a pas juste les muscles ou le corps parfait dans ça ! Je suis celle qui voudrait ce battre pour tout le monde. Personne ne pourra juger devant moi quelqu'un pour c'est trait physique, son genre, son poids, c'est vêtements ou pour n'importe quel autre raison. Je suis de celle qui crie au régime de nous foutre la paix et vas y, tombe dans une pizza si tu en as vraiment envie. Personne n'a besoin d'être mince ! Mais tout le monde devrait être en santé. Alors laissons le gras sur nos pizza une fois de temps en temps au lieu de l'accumuler sur nos organes vitaux comme le coeur, qui est si important ! 🌼 Je n'en pouvais plus d'être celle qui n'arrive pas a traîné ses sac d'épicerie. Celle qui se fait offert de l'aide chaque fois qu'il y a une boîte ou un objet lourd à déplacer. Ne pas être capable d'ouvrir un maudite bouteille d'eau... Oui c'est arrivé ! Je suis petite... Je ne fais pas 5 pied de hauteur mais je suis forte d'esprit et de caractère, je suis capable de bien de chose, mais j'ai du me mettre a bouger et a transformé mon corps pour arriver a porter les boîtes trop lourde pour moi. Je m'entraîne pour être une version de moi même qui as besoin des autres si elle en as envie, pas parce qu'elle n'a pas le choix 💛 🍀 Il n'y aura pas de chance ou de remède miracle, tu devras travailler sur tes habitudes de vie pour garder l'entraînement à la maison dans ta vie et de garder une conscience sur ton alimentation. Je peux te promettre une chose. Tu en vaut la joie ✨ Jessika 💛
