Takođe ću sa vama podeliti predlog moje omiljene brze užine! 🍯 Činjenica je da su redovni obroci osnova svake zdrave ishrane. Za pravilno funkcionisanje organizma, energiju i dobru koncentraciju potrebna su tri glavna obroka u toku danu. Naravno, uz njih, poželjno je konzumirati po neki mali obročić, jer je crevima potrebno da imaju šta da vare, kako bi digestivni trakt pravilno funkcionisao. Uz dobre i jake obroke možda užina i nije preko potrebna, individualno je... 🤔 Ja uvek glasam za mini užinu, jer je moje telo zadovoljno, creva nisu lenja i energija je tu! 🙆🏼‍♀️ Moj izbor je uglavnom neko voće, volim sezonsko, pa sve zavisi od godišnjeg doba, ali zelena jabuka je uvek tu, uz recimo, kikiriki puter....njam! 🙈 U zadnje vreme mi najviše prija kombinacija pirinčanih galeta sa preukusnim voćnim medom od borovnice. 🐝 Na fotki možete videti o kom medu je reč - domaći brend @zlatoutegli - med koji se uz sve savršeno meša. 🤤 Pojedem 2-3 galete sa namazom od meda i nastavim dalje svoj dan... Stomak bude srećan, a mozak radi punom parom (kad mi se prijede nešto čokoladno izbor uvek padne na kakao med🍫). ✔️ Zato, nema izgovora, kesica čipsa se uvek može zameniti brzom i zdravom užinom, koja će vas taman zasititi do glavnog obroka i pružiti vam dovoljnu količinu energije! Coffee is the only thing i can't give up, that and maybe cheese. A coffee in the morning can hold back my hunger till 11ish. The main part if my diet is fasting, so coffee helps me out a lot. Easy like summer days😋😁 garlic sourdough with colourful cherry tomatoes, smokey toasted chickpeas & fresh herbs and a touch of minced tofu... although a simple combo it's absolutely delicious and satieted....you got to try this ☺️ All you need is sourdough bread (toasted with some olive oil and garlic)… cherry tomatoes or tomatoes, and smokey toasted chickpeas ( 1 can chickpeas, drained 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp smokey paprika, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp garlic powder,smokey salt and pepper...add all the ingredients in a pan and cook over medium,low heat for few minutes) Enjoy 😗
