#Repost @gabrieldnancycampos • • • • • • Hoje vemos muita preocupação em quanto peso se pega, porém pouco se pensa em qualidade do movimento, são barras de supino que não descem até o peito, aquela famosa cadeira extensora com o quadril fora do banco. Portanto o que mais se tem são evidências da importância da amplitude de movimento. Mc mahon et. Al. (2014) compararam efeitos em treinamentos de membros inferiores realizados com diferentes amplitudes em exercícios como agachamento, leg press e cadeira extensora. As análises revelaram que as cargas utilizadas em exercícios "curtinhos" são até 23% maiores. No entanto o estresse muscular foi 32% maior em amplitudes maiores. No resultado final os treinos com amplitudes maiores levaram a um aumento de 59% no tamanho do músculo contra apenas 16% em amplitudes reduzidas. Contudo exposto, conclui-se que maiores amplitudes favorecem o processo hipertrofia. Use cargas adequadas, não deixe as cargas prejudicarem amplitude dos movimentos.
