After the best bi/tri workout that I've probably ever had (and the best pump I've ever had easily😤 I'm not even flexing in this😂), I did 10 minutes on the step mill and 10 minutes of hiit on the incline treadmill. I think I'm gonna start forcing myself to do cardio more often. I weigh myself on Wednesday, as it is the 2 month mark of my cut. Right now the only thing am happy about is that I am NOT QUITTING. My weight isn't decreasing even with hardwork of following diet and workout. But thankfully I have not quit. I am taking my steps even when I don't see the results. It's hard. I cannot eat less than 1200 #calories , so am changing the macro portion to see if I can get any results. Hoping this will work. Due to lot of changes at home and at office am fully stressed (and more work for me.) Being a #working mother and taking care of kids, husband and myself requires lllllooootttttttt of planning. It's difficult but not impossible. But now I finally found the balance and a plan. Hope this works. This week I think I will be able to post everyday. Let's see. Happy Easter. Sunday Morning before Eggs it was deadlifts and hammys. After doing a 5x5 @ 125 (full reset after each lift) I thought I’d give 165 a nudge. While I didn’t complete it (and the form was horrible) at least I managed to move the weight most of the way, better than I’ve managed for a while. LOW IMPACT Sweaty Hiit Workout 🌟 .. I work with many people on a daily basis that battle knee/leg/hip injuries. They often feel they “aren’t doing enough” because they take options and aren’t jumping. Let me set the record straight: jumping is NOT a requirement to get a great workout in. There are sooo many ways to modify something to make it suit where you’re at and you know what? That’s my favorite part of fitness. Make it your OWN! Work with what you’ve got. Give this a go 💫 .. **4 rounds of work: 20 sec on, 10 sec off. After you’ve done 4 sets of one exercise, move to the next until you you’ve done them all. For more of a challenge, complete the 4 rounds a second time through for a total of 8 rounds! .. 🌟 Squat to call raise. Sink all the weight into your heels with your hands in a preacher pose, then extend your arms by your sides and come up on your toes to engage your calves. .. 🌟 Kettlebell swings. This movement initiates from the hips. It’s not a squat, but rather a hip hinge. Hinge forward with your hurt back and then drive through your heals and explode to the top. Keep your core real strong to ensure your low back stays in integrity. .. 🌟 Plate squat to press. Grab a heavy plate of choice and begin with feet in a wider position. Holding the plate between both hands near the ground, push through your heels while driving the plate straight over your head. This is an amazing way to spike your heart rate (anytime you go over head with something really)! When you return to the squat position make sure to sink the weight into your heels and always drive through them to create explosive movement. .. 🌟Slider Jacks. Don’t be fooled, these get tough (but you can do it 😉). In a plank position with hands directly underneath your shoulders, shoulder blades retracted and core engaged, move your feet on sliders out and in. This is a great total body exercise and will have your hips and shoulders firing 🔥 .. 🌟Diagnoal mountain climber. On a plank position with hands directly underneath your shoulders, drive one knee under your body towards your opposite elbow, then switch sides. .. Enjoy! Make sure to save it for later and let me know how you go 🙋
