I believe in creating HEALTHY HABITS that NORISH, not restrictions that punish 💫. ⠀ Почему-то многие мои клиенты думают, что в зале я провожу 24/7, то есть круглосуточно, и питаюсь всегда правильно, проще говоря #пп и #зож. Ну ну 😂😂. В зал я хожу 3-4 раза по 40 минут. ⠀ Раньше я там проводила по 2 часа 5 раз в неделю, а результат был не прям, чтобы ВАУ 🤪. Плюс было постоянное кардио. ⠀ Сейчас ходьба 40 минут раз в неделю, если знаю, что оставшийся день проведу на диване:))) Питание - это вообще интересная тема. Ем я на 2400 калорий, многие девочки ко мне приходят с лишним весом и питанием на 1200 😔. Но я быстро их оттуда достаю 🤩🍪🏋🏻‍♀️. У меня нет понятия читмил. Я ем все запрещенные (для кого-то) продукты каждый день. Вчера, например, было и мороженое и шоколад. А еще даже хлеб с маслом 😅😳, не считая других обычных продуктов. Позавчера тоже сладкое, как и неделю и месяц назад. То есть практически каждый день. Это не зло, если Вы соблюдаете баланс #кбжу , а не пихаете в себя все, что видите:))) ну и вообще, я уже вышла из того периода, когда моя жизнь крутилась только вокруг моей фигуры. ⠀ Теперь я помогаю другим. А это очень даже rewarding ♥️.
