PULL UP PROGRESSIONS + ACCESSORIES Swipe Across for all options. You guys requested this one a while ago... and I finally got to it 😅 So here we have a few different Pull Up options. For one single training session I suggest you choose 1-2 Pull-Up Option dependent on your level; Perform the option that is currently your limit for 3-8 reps with 90 secs to 2 mins recovery between each set. 3-5 sets total. If you’re up for it follow this by another regressed option for 6-12 reps. 90 secs to 2 mins recovery between each set. 3 sets total. Add 2-3 Accessories to the end of your workout. Performing 10-12 reps (or 30s for hold). 3 sets. @terracorefitness sent me this in the mail the DAY before I left for Amsterdam, so I didn’t get the chance to use it. But now I’m back and ready to try out allllll things Terra-Core!!!! _ The best part about using a Terra-Core (other than the obvious fact that it requires you to use your core much more than without it) is the versatility of it. You can do so many different moves using it! I’ve only had a few days to play around with it, so this is just the beginning😈 I went with a classic HIIT for this full body workout of 45 seconds on, 15 seconds rest. Give it a try for 3-5 rounds. _ → boat hold taps (SO much harder than they look, okay?) → lateral step squats → burpee hopovers → reverse lunge to curtsy lunge → mountain climbers → plank rocks (use your CORE to cause movement!) _ This bad boy may be my new travel buddy 👯‍♀️

This was me a few years ago! [look at the date at the top - this is from my phone] The only thing I was consistent with was — STARTING OVER! . It wasn’t until late 2018 that I found out what was keeping me from being consistent! . I did the foot work and fixed what it was that was keeping me from being consistent! . When I recorded this video I weighed about 285ish... . Exercised a FEW times a week . Ate SOME healthy foods but mostly I ate junk . In fact did you know exercise improves moods and reduces cramping. 👌🏼 Please share this one with your girls by tagging them below or sharing in your stories. 🙏🏼. . 👉🏼 I understand (because I get horrible cramps ... and maybe some moodiness hehe) that locking in a workout is the last thing you’d want to do during that time of the month so here’s my GO TO PERIOD WORKOUT that’s gentle yet effective. It’s designed to slowly warm up your lower belly to reduce the cramping so you can enjoy moving your body and the happy endorphins that go with it. I’ve included 3️⃣ stretches & 4️⃣ gentle exercises. Feel free to repeat the whole thing a couple of times (or once) or just repeat the exercises once you’ve already done the stretches. 🧜🏽‍♀️. . STRETCHES. 1️⃣ Cat/cow x slowly move through these motions for about 1 minute. 2️⃣ Childs pose x gentle move around in this for 1 minute. 3️⃣ Camel pose variation x both sides slowly to release any lower abdominal tension.
