We did a stunning hike this morning and I couldn’t help but film a video there. Unfortunately the camera couldn’t capture it all - I’ll post some better pics in my story! Excuse the march fly swatting too 😬those cheeky things sting! 1️⃣ walking lunges - feel free to add a resistance like a child to your shoulders, weights or milk bottles in your hands but only if your pelvic floor is healthy. Try these for the length of your hallway or driveway👌🏼 2️⃣ 15 x Tricep dips. To make these easier have your knees bent at right angles. To make it hard take your legs out straight. Shoulders relaxed here! If these are too hard try doing tricep overhead extensions with a weight or milk/drink bottle 3️⃣ 20 x In and out squats - to modified these try the ones at the start of the video. If your pelvic floor is healthy you can try the jumping version for a real burn + cardio challenge 4️⃣ 60 secs x toes up. If you don’t have a rock on a beach use a step or stool or stack of books. Modified version is first without the jumping, please do this if your pelvic floor is still healing. 5️⃣reverse planks with knee raises try 20 alternating knee raises. Take the knee raises out if this is too hard. Remember to relax your shoulders and wrap your core to hold you up. This shouldn’t he@her in your back if it is don’t do it. You need to strengthen your core first. 🧘🏽‍♀️please remember to stretch. Banjo wanted me to get in that water so we didn’t film a stretch. Please let me know if you need help with these. 🔄repeat 3 to 4 rounds or as much as life allows 👌🏼 🙏🏼please let me know if you try this one or what you’d like to see more of 😍 ✅Please consult a Dr before commencing exercise #athomeexercise #strongmum #strongmom
