✖️WIR SIND DIE LETZTE GENERATION, DIE SICH AN EINE KINDHEIT OHNE SMARTPHONE ERINNERN WIRD UND WAREN GLEICHZEITIG DIE ERSTEN TEENIES MIT HANDY.✖️ Guten Morgen ihr feinen Erdbeerstückchen! 🧡 Erst heute früh hatte ich noch das Thema mit dem Handy mit einer Arbeitskollegin erörtert. Mein erstes richtiges Handy hatte ich mit 16. .................. Davor hatte ich ein Bosch ohne Funktion, weil ich kein Geld hatte und auch irgendwie keinen Sinn darin gesehen hab, weil man ja ein Festnetztelefon hatte und zu den Freunden lief, um zu fragen, ob sie mit raus kommen. Außerdem war es mega groß und man musste eine komplette Telefonkarte (sim) reinstecken. 😄 .................... Es war ein Prepaidvertrag mit einem Motorola Quadband. Ein ganz heißes Gerät. 🤭 Es ging relativ schnell kaputt, warum, weiß ich auch nicht. 👀 Aber ich hab dann einfach das Nokia 5530 von meinem Bruder übernommen. Man was hab ich snake gespielt! 🤭😄 Dieser schwarze Punktestrich auf grüngelbem Hintergrund...können sich viele heute gar nicht vorstellen! 😅 Oder wie groß die Angst war, auf das Internetsymbol/WebTV (kam dann später) zu kommen! 😱 Da war nämlich plötzlich das Guthaben halbiert. 😄 ........................................ Ein ganz anderes Thema: ich hab mal wieder Käsekuchen gebacken. Mit Erdbeeren. 😱😏🔥 Geil! They are literally so easy & taste incredible! Also a great way to get some protein in for breakfast! . . • rok a půl zpátky! 💔 • —— Pamatuji si, jak se moje rodina, učitelky i spolužáci o mě báli, furt se ptali jestli jsem v pořádku a já nechápala, o co jim jde, však jsem byla v pohodě. (to jsem si myslela) Když se teď zpětně dívám na VŠECHNY fotky ze začátku roku 2018, tak si říkám jediný: FUJ! Vidíte vpravo to podpaží? Já si říkala, že je to špek a nemohla jsem se takto ukázat. Zpětně vidím, jak malinké jsem měla ručičky a ostatním nevěřila. MS jsem stále měla, nijak jsem s tělem problémy neměla. Toto jsem já při váze 50kg na 172cm. Na druhé fotce je to cca září 2017 a leden 2018... dokázala jsem zhubnout za 5 měsíců 10kg, jedla jsem 1600kcal a teď nechápu, jak jsem mohla. Z jedný strany si nestěžuju! Nabrala jsem zkušenosti a informace, dokázala si sama vše zařídit, sama jsem se nakopla k tomu přibrat, sama sobě jsem si dokázala říct ,,Už dost! Už nehubni!”, sama jsem si dokázala vše srovnat, ale je to JENOM VE VAŠÍ HLAVĚ! Hodně holčin mi píše, že nedokáže přibrat, nechtějí tolik jíst, bojí se přibírání, nechtějí omezit tréninky, apod. Já sama jsem pak i na 2100kcal hubla, díky rychlému metabolismu (cvičila jsem 6x týdně) a ve finále jsem to omezila jen na 5 tréninku a jídla navýšila na 2600kcal. Za rok jsem se dostala na váhu 58kg a tu si pořád držím! Ano, někdy je to 57, někdy 59,60, ale furt jsem tam, kde jsem být chtěla! 🙌 Víte, ono mít nízké číslo na váze není všechno, co potřebujete ke štěstí a někdy to je i naopak. Pokud se o Vás už i okolí začíná zajímat, tak asi není něco dobře a měli byste s tím něco dělat a řešit to rozumně, ale já, ani nikdo kolem Vás Vám nepomůže, protože to je jen a jen ve Vás a ve Vaši hlavě! 🙌🖤 #SelfLove

Curls 4 Gurls: it’s 2019, men don’t have to have all the fun when it comes to upper body training. I love benching, bicep curls and big boulder shoulders. I wish I trained those movements for performance or strength but it’s legit for aesthetics. I love having a muscular physique because #strongissexy and I don’t have to shrink myself or strive to be a size 0 to fit in.

Mini pamonhas de forno 🌽 🧁 (receita da @paty_chesters 🌽3 espigas de milho 🌽2 ovos 🌽Adoçante a gosto (usei eritritol) 🌽1 colher de fermento em pó! Bata tudo no liquidificador e deixa assar a 160°c por 40 minutos! Pode assar em forma grande untada com manteiga!
