So I ended up doubling my gym classes this weekend. Cycling 🚴‍♀️ and body combat and more.... . . . I still had a super busy weekend with shopping, house cleaning, cooking and running errands but I managed taking these classes in the morning. . . . Always have time to do your workout. No excuses is accepted. I call it ‘ cheating on yourself and your health’ . . . . Don’t be a cheater. Be an achiever. Be an adjuster. Be a planner. . . .
