Step 1 💧 Monitor the colour of your urine, one of the cheapest ways to monitor the source of your weigh loss. Urine is typically light yellow to almost clear. If you’ve lost weight and your urine is dark yellow, it’s a good indication that you are dehydrated, and the weight loss is a result of fluid loss. As soon as your replenish the lost fluids by drinking water, you’ll likely see the weight return. Step 2💧 Step on the scale approximately the same time each day. During fat loss your weight shouldn’t fluctuate to any extremes. If you find your weight is going up and down, it means a portion of your weight loss is likely to be a result of water weight, particularly when your calorie intake isn’t changing in relation to the vacillation in numbers. Descubre más recetas saludables, sin harina ni azúcar, en mi nuevo libro de cocina, www.deliciasketo.com . 🛒 INGREDIENTES (6 porciones) Dulce de fresa - 200 g de fresas/frutillas cortadas - 40 g eritritol (xilitol, alulosa, fruta de monje, 2 sobrecitos de stevia) - 1/4 taza de agua Masa - 150 g de harina de almendras - 40 g de eritritol (xilitol, alulosa, fruta de monje, 2 sobrecitos de stevia) - 115 g de queso crema - 75 g de mantequilla/manteca . 👩‍🍳 PREPARACIÓN 1. En una olla, añada las fresas, el eritritol (40 g) y el agua. 2. Cocine a fuego medio hasta que entre en hervor y luego a fuego bajo por 10 minutos o hasta que se evapore el agua. 3. Derrita la matequilla en el microondas por 20 segundos 4. En un bol grande, añada la harina de almendras, la otra mitad del eritritol, el queso crema y la mantequilla derretida. 5. Mezcle bien hasta integrar todos los ingredientes. 6. Forme bolitas con la masa y colóquelas en una bandeja para horno cubierta con papel pergamino o papel manteca. 7. I've been chasing this little baby for a while... And today it happened! 20lbs off..... Which is apparently the size of a tyre! Eeeek! Cannot believe it personally... Just how easy losing weight with @munro_fitness actually is. Taking enough calories off each day to form a deficit.... It has meant that yup, when plans at the weekend involve eating out... I CAN. I have been. I rein it in if I know this is happening and stick to my 1350 calories... But yup.... Winning! So chuffed with myself for actually sticking with something and letting it work.... Eeeeek! . Want some even better news? Technically it is 21.7lbs off! Boooooom!

Taze biberiye, taze kekik, doğranmış sarımsak, tane karabiber ve kırmızı pul biber ilave ettikten sonra tahta bir çöp şiş yardımıyla karıştırın. Serin ve karanlık bir yerde 2-3 gün kadar beklettikten sonra kullanabilirsiniz. Eğer saçlarınız için bir alternatif isterseniz sadece sarımsaklı yapabilir; yemekleriniz için her baharatı ayrı ayrı kullanarak çeşitlendirebilirsiniz. Bekleme süresi ne kadar uzun olursa aroması ve faydası o kadar artar. Saç ve cilt için kullanılacaksa daha uzun bekleme süreleri gerekir.
