Setelah batuk pilek yang belum juga sembuh karena belum cukup istirahat ( i feel your pain for having 2 siblings at home wuri : ) Belakangan Widuri mengeluh kupingnya ngga nyaman seperti kemasukan air habis berenang, dan mulai terasa sakit. Akhirnya kami periksa ke dokter THT semalam. Setelah diperiksa cukup detil, dokter menyimpulkan diagnosa nya widuri kena #otitismedia akut. Jadi dari layar video terlihat ada cairan dari hidung yang masuk ke telinga melalui saluran eustachius. Hal ini dipicu oleh tekanan udara saat terbang naik pesawat akhir pekan lalu. Jika cairannya dibiarkan hilang sendiri secara home treatment seperti yang biasa kami jalani, ada risiko fungsi pendengarannya akan terganggu. Sampai dirumah baca-baca lagi file tata laksana @milissehat tentang otitis media akut ini. Akhirnya kami putuskan untuk terapi obat selama 7 hari. Ada sirup yg mengandung decongestan untuk mengurangi produksi cairan di hidungnya, lalu ada juga obat semprot hidung dan antibiotik untuk digunakan selama 5 hari. Keputusan minum obat ini kami ambil setelah diskusi panjang lebar dengan dokter tht dan dilanjutkan dengan bapak @dwisasono yg sangat ketat tentang obat-obatan yg diminum kami sekeluarga. Tapi bukan #antiobat lho ya :) Semoga cerita ini bisa berguna untuk kalian. This week @rujuta.diwekar is talking about importance of breakfast for kids in her #rdfitnessproject2019 This is my 4.5yr old son enjoying his fav halwaa puri (he knows I am recording 😂). Both my kids leave home at about 7.45am for school. They wake up at 6am. My son’s bedtime is before 8pm and my daughter is in college and her sleep really depends on her assignments. But she tries to get her 8hr sleep. Since they wake up early they also have enough time to eat a proper breakfast. This routine is something that I am very proud of. But it is not always easy to wake up and make breakfast. Some days me and my husband just want to sleep more or go easy on cooking. There are few tips we follow that makes life in the kitchen a bit easier Some aataa dough is always there in the fridge. Lazy days a quick ghee paratha with dahi or pickle does the magic. When I shop grocery, Rava and groundnuts are always roasted and stored in dabbas. Upma is ready in a jiffy when that is done. I keep atleast 2 boiled potatoes in the fridge. This can be used for a quick paratha or sandwich or sabzi and puri. Never underestimate the power of dosa batter in the fridge. Cheese dosa, masala dosa or just plain dosa with podi chutney is a life saver on lazy mornings. All this is really possible only because my husband does equal and sometimes more in the house... kids love his cooking and no matter what time he sleeps he will always check to see if there is any prep needed for morning. There is another point Rujuta made this week on getting kids involved in the process of cooking. My daughter loves to cook as much as she loves to eat and so does my son. We get him to get stuff from pantry, he washes vegetables, he gets utensils for us, we also take him grocery shopping and just for the sake of it ask him if we are forgetting something 😂. While we make grocery list he is with us so he kind of knows what we are buying. When we make weekly menu, we involve both the kids and that kind of gives them some sort of happiness I guess. This post does sound like I am boasting 😂😂 but I hope it helps someone plan and function better #rujutadiwekar #rujutadiwekarinspired

Nothing gourmet here, just simple nutritious food. . Poached Chicken with Vegetables Whole free range chicken (if I could access organic I would), Covered in filtered water 1 tablespoon of @meadowmarrowbonebroth zucchini, carrot, celery 3 shallots, parsley, 3 garlic cloves, small piece of ginger sliced, Himalayan sea salt, pepper, tablespoon unfiltered org apple cider vinegar. . Cooked in a slowcooker for about 5 hours. Couldn't be simpler to eat something super healthy! . So much anti-inflammatory, gut healing goodness in one bowl. The veges can be changed up to whatever you have - other good additions are chopped kale, diced red skin potatoes, chopped beans. . Hal ini tentu saja membuat kandungan gizinya menjadi berbeda dengan susu segar. Tapi, perbedaan nilai gizinya sebenarnya tidak terlalu besar. Kandungan zat gizi yang dipersyaratkan dalam susu berperisa ini adalah memiliki kadar lemak tidak kurang dari 2% dan padatan bukan lemak tidak kurang dari 12%. . Jadi, minuman susu ini tetap bisa membantu memenuhi kebutuhan susu pada anak. Yang harus Anda perhatikan adalah kandungan gula pada minuman susu ini. How to keep kids in sport and physical activity throughout childhood, adolescents and into adulthood. Essentially, I believe there are two ways to do this: 1) Having fun 2) Making them competent There has been a lot of focus on the first, but IMO keeping kids active long term comes down to making them more competent. If a kid feels confident and competent in being able to compete in a sport or activity, they are more likely to take part. Naturally, kids steer clear of things they are bad at and go head first into things they are good at. This is why it is so important to engrain fundamental movement patterns and skills into kids at a young age. If you get proper growth and expansion of the palate, it will affect the structures inside your nose! All the way up to your eyeballs! Since there are nearly 30 separate bones of the head all interwoven together, is it that much of a stretch to think that the rest may be affected too? It's like a jigsaw puzzle. Don't ignore the signs of poor growth in young children, get them screened early and remove the factors which can impede their normal growth and development.
