We’ve made it to yet another #WorkoutWednesday fam! 💪🏼😅 Legs and glutes are all the hype right now so this workout targets exactly that! . Each circuit is performed for 4 rounds. Circuit 1️⃣ - smith machine reverse lunges with follow through x 15 on both sides. - dumbbell RDLs x 15 reps. . Circuit 2️⃣ - weighted step ups x 15 on both sides. - banded single leg glute bridges x 15 reps. (If you don’t have bands that’s totally fine! Still works with just your body weight) . Circuit 3️⃣ - laying hamstring curls x 15 reps. - banded glute kickbacks x 15 reps both sides. . FULL LEG DAY BELOW: yesterday’s 5/3/1 on squats, 180kg(396lbs)x1 flew up relatively easy 🥳 working back down to 5’s now even though I think I could have got more. Still progressing every week. v happy with progress considering I could barely even squat in summer 🤷🏼‍♂️. THE WORKOUT: Squats (warmed up, then working sets 5/3/1), leg press close feet (5x8-12), lying hamstring curls (5x8-12), calf raises (5x12), dumbbell Bulgarian split squats (3x12)

Training done this Morning so now I’ve a pretty relaxed day ahead! I’ve only half an hour in college later so my day is going to consist of doing some work and a nap somewhere in between. . .
