TARGET: DELOAD WEEK 😪⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ I had so many questions regarding what the heck a deload week was that I just thought, hey! Why not just make an entire post about it 🤗 ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ Have you ever felt stressed outside the gym that workouts were not flowing? How about super sore all the time, low energy or unproductive? These might be signs to deload. The first 2 signs were definitely me 🙋🏽‍♀️ ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ Just like it sounds, during this time you STILL GO TO THE GYM 🤗 don’t think you’re getting out of your training haha you just work at a much lower intensity and volume. If you’re an experienced lifter every 4-6 weeks you should deload. If you’re just starting out, plan to deload every 8 weeks. ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ During this time I like to work on complex movements, circuits, stability and CONTROLLED movements. You can push weights but can you control them is the question 👀 stay away from high intensity work and impact movements. ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ Take this week and work on things you’ve always wanted to try! Keep it fun 🥳 never picked up a kettlebell, practice your technique. New spin class looks lit?? Get moving! Originally, the plan was to go upto 3 plates per side and just focus on form due to Patellar Tendonitis (jumpers knee) on my left knee... Might catch hell about the silkies... if you have known me for awhile you know I have suffered significant knee and leg injuries which cultivated over a decade ago while in the military. Since then I have reactivated the injuries several times. Almost zero cartridge in my left knee and my right knee healed incorrectly and doesn’t sit right. I have changed my training regiment to better suit what my body will allow me to do. I no longer power lift or ego lift and never will. If I can’t knock out at least positive 5 reps then I’m not lifting it. If your starting out don’t do what I did and think it’s all about lifting the most because it will catch up to you. 10 years later and I’m finally putting weight back on them. #bodybuilding #bodyweight #thickthigh #legday #functionaltraining

Priprema: Skuvati oko 250gr krompira 40gr ovsenog brašna 1 celo jaje + 1 žumance Oko 150ml mleka Malo maslinovog ulja Soli Sve to lepo sjediniti, krompir lepo izgnječiti, zatim na pek papir u predhodno zagrejanu rernu, i peći na 180 stepena 30ak minuta. Kada je kora ispečena ređati paradajz sos, sir, ako imate meso neko( u kom slučaju dimljena pileća prsa, malo gaude i preko iceberg salata, susam i maslinr... i tadaaam!
