CraZy 😜 80’s ~ 80 Reps of each movement with 80lbs DB’s ~ 80 Bottom Loaded Tension Squats (cutting the top short to keep the tension steady) ~ 80 Split Squats Each Leg (160 total) ~ 80 Goblet Squats ~ 80 Reverse Lunges (40 per leg) ~ for a total of 400 Reps using 80lbs DB’s ~ now beginners you can scale both the load and volume for example start with a 40lbs DB and go 40 reps or go the full 80 while your using a lighter load. Full Body Workout By @theleangame _ If you’re relatively new to weight training, a high frequency Full-Body approach is great for many reasons. For starters, we have plenty of research showing that training a muscle-group more frequently produces more muscle growth than training it once per week when volume is equal. _ Secondly, because we’re hyper-sensitive to the stress, we won’t require as much volume as a more advanced trainee (this will allow us to hit our entire body without having to spend hours in the gym hammering each muscle group). _ And lastly, the repeated bout effect… it’s been shown that the more frequently we train a muscle-group (to a degree) the more efficient we become at recovering from our training – the faster we can recover, the quicker we’ll experience strength and muscle gains. _ If you wish to follow a full-body routine like the one outlined here, it can be scheduled one of two ways: _ 1. One day on, one day off, repeat (alternating between Workout A and Workout B). _ 2. There's this stunning photo that @kikivhyce posted that I was soooo obsessed with that I just had to try the pose out myself after my workout the other night. I was really happy with the result! Kiki's has a black background, so I played around and edited this one to try to look similar. It's not the right lighting or high enough quality to look professional, but I still really like how it turned out! Check out the one on her page because it seriously moved me, maybe one of the most beautiful physique photos I've ever seen. That woman inspires me! She has really turned her body into breathing art. I love the angles of this pose and I'll probably use it again in the future for a nature photo. I slaughtered weights during that workout, it's sooooo exciting feeling my strength increase as much as it is from week to week!
