Good morning and welcome to the 2nd exercise of my lower body workout routine, #legextensions 💪 Für viele ist es ungewöhnlich zu Beginn des Trainings quasi Isolationsübungen zu machen. Anfangs dachte ich auch so, aber dann hab ichs einfach probiert. Und.. Probieren geht sprichwörtlich über studieren 😁 Bei mir läufts so richtig gut und ich muss sagen, ich spür den Muskel in den darauffolgenden Übungen (kommen die nächsten Tage) deutlich besser. Wie gestern schon gesagt mach ich auch bei der Übung 2 Aufwärmsätze zu je 20 Wdh. Und anschließend drei schwere Arbeitssätze zu je 12 Wdh. mit Dropset ganz am Schluss. 👌
