*3 Exercises and Diet tips you should follow to reduce belly fat in a month.* Exercises - 1. Crunches,Reverse crunches, Side abs(core training) 2. Free weight Squats(king of all exercises),Lunges(Lower body) 3.sprints(cardio) Make sure you perform this exercises either in your warm up or at the end of your workout. Or you can also do this exercises in the morning and do your Weight training in the evening or vice versa. Trust me this exercises have actually helped me to burn the belly fat much faster. Diet Tips - 1. Make sure you consume high protein food in the morning when u wake up it can be a protein shake/egg whites along with some almonds before performing the morning exercises. 2.Make sure you eat Carbs that are high in fiber in breakfast so thst your tummy feels full ( oats, whole wheat bread sandwich sometimes is not a bad idea) have a fruit too with it(orange,berries,kiwi). 3.Have a cup of black coffee as your pre workout or in the evening before your workout(it's a kinda natural fat burner) though dont take it after 5pm it may affect your sleeping schedule. Confesso relutei muito em postar essa foto.😭 Quem me conhece sabe que vivo luta com balança desde que me entendo por gente .... Sérios problemas com auto imagem e etc.... No começo do ano depois dessa foto ,tive a certeza que diminuir Carbo nao foi a melhor estratégia 😭 perde massa ,fazia horas de aeróbico ,complusao alimentar, não estava fazendo mais musculação e fazia jejuns prolongados . O que eu fiz ?????🤷‍♀️ Comecei a me alimentar de 3 em 3 horas , nao treino mais em jejum, voltei a comer banana,batata doce ,mandioca ,macarrao etc ,tudo de acordo com o que minha nutri @nutribarbarasoares Soares me passou ,claro que ainda estou no processo ,tive problemas com insulina devido essas dietas da moda e meu metabolismo BASAL caiu muitooooooooooooooooo . Então no começo ganhei peso .😭 Mais meu metabolismo ia voltando aos poucos . E confesso ,meu peso é praticamente o mesmo da foto 🙌 Claro que não posso deixar de falar do meu treino com meu personal e coach @fabiopersonaloficial ,que agora faço até a falha muscular e não faço aeróbico todos os dias .🙌Faço apenas 2 x na semana o funcional 4x musculação . E no domingo é livre ,foco no abdômen porque como sabem engordei 15 kg na gravidez do @igor.goncalves.game e só treinei depois de anos que ganhei ele ,então não tinha musculatura nenhuma antes para AUXILIAR na volta . Minha nutri atende na academia Minas Fit no eldorado e meu personal tb ,ele monta treinos personalizados que podem ser feitos no conforto de sua casa ,academia do predio e etc. 😉 #projeto66pravida
