If you want to build muscle, first of all you need o stimulate the protein synthesis process. That is done while working out. Than proteins are needed so the damaged #muscles from the workout will he repaired. A slight #calorie surplus is also recommended. If you think about it logically, if the muscles contain mostly proteins (after water), than you have to eat proteins so the muscle can grow (because it is built from proteins). If you have expectation of your muscle to be in their full potential, than feed them properly, don’t be selfish.

😂WAYBACK WEDNESDAY😂 Back to a time where portion control and awareness didn’t even exist in Claire’s world 🌍 haha! Awkward that the before pic is to big to scale next to the recent one. Never mind. It just goes to reinforce the point that food tracking of some sort is vital. Why am I making this point? It’s not like I was unfit on the left. I had just finished cycling round Peru for two weeks at 60 - 80 miles a day! Weightloss is down to calorie management. So if you have no idea what’s going in or out then it’s almost impossible unless your relying on pure luck. I’d rather have an idea so I can predict where I am going 😂 Saves the hassle of guessing. Now some people will eyeball 👁 it but honestly I’ve tried and tested this and everytime once I have tracked the food I’ve always under estimated what I’m consuming 😂 Wishful thinking 💭 I guess haha! So I choose to monitor it so I am in control. Now I’m not against intuitive eating in the slightest however I would assume that this won’t work for people like me. I would intuitively eat all the time 😂 I just love 💓 eating. The crunch of a crisp, the snapping of a chocolate 🍫 bar whatever it is it’s so satisfying. So if I want those things I choose to track them. I had a Yorkie today it was delightful 😂 Nothing is off limits as long as I’m within my calorie bracket for my body size. If I eat more than my body needs then I will put on weight if I carry on that way. At least I can make an informed decision if I know rather than guessing. That does not mean if you over consume for one day you will. I’m talking lengths of times. Do what works best for you is the best way and gets you the results you want. If you a keen muncher like me 😂 I would monitor. On nienawidził moich masaży i nie pozwalał sobie na to, szczególnie jeśli chodziło o mięśnie tylnych łapek.
