I almost never post pictures of my breakfasts because they look the same 95% of the time. Always coffee with milk and sugar (115 calories). And then I have a fiber one bar (90 calories), or a breakfast sandwich from my freezer stash (230ish) or some turkey sausage (100 calories for 3 links). I kick ass at my job. I like action plans. Next steps. To-do lists. Weight loss is hard because I can have all the right things in place - meal plans, nutritious foods, a good coach and tracking tools - but my hormones and nature make the path to success an up and down battle. So because I’m not weighing this Monday coming I just added up the losses I’ve had in March from the last 3 weigh-ins and I’ve lost a total of 7.8lbs in just the 3 weeks and I am so happy with this 😀 So after next week I will be back to weighing normally I just don’t want any pressure as it’s only been 4 days days since I have had my surgery (my gallbladder+stones out) and I am relaxing and taking it easy, so even if it’s a gain by the next time I weigh I will accept it, I am so happy that so far in the last 8 weeks since I started again this year I’ve managed to lose 15.4lbs and I’m so so happy with this I can deal with hopefully a small gain next time I weigh lol 😊

Around 10 calories for a pot...it’s the perfect snack! Throw a dollop of Ice Cream (Personal Favourite Ben&Jerrys Moophoria or HaloTop Cinnamon Bun),whipped cream or even custard, and hey presto, you’ve got yourself a fine looking, low cal dessert! I always throw one of these into my bag for a mid-morning snack and usually have another to finish off the day. I’m addicted, truly!
